At 22:52 to be honest i would not take CO summoner with only 2 player as a example for high floor low ceiling.
the numbers are somewhat hard to trust with only that low amount of players same for GT, LC, FP and Drizzle.
nobody sorts by ceiling its sorted by the 75% mark this gives the best indication of performance.
Mayhem needs a buff/rework urgently

To say Breaker is a well designed class makes no sens, does a class need to be OP in every single comaprtiment of the game to be well designed? It does everything better than any other class, it's not about design, it's about balance
breaker is a well designed class because it's feel good to play. Many things can contribute to a class being well designed, and how OP the class is compare to other classes is one of those thing. I mean do you want them to make better and better classes or do you want them to make worse and worse classes. Newer class has to be more OP than older classes. And don't worry about older classes either, they will get rework/buff like Sorc / Summoner and Artilleist did. Easier to play + higher dps.
