Given that we know and accept that false flag events have occured in the past, it is only fair for people to speculate on current events and the possibility that they might be false flags. That seems only fair. When considering if an event is a false flag, one might look for either odd appearances of the people playing out the false flag event and/or a clear political motive which is to be gained by the event taking place.

Please correct me if I'm wrong; this is a defamation trial, but these families aren't technically famous and who cares what Alex Jones said it's not going to actually affect them; people are always going to say mean things. We shouldn't sue people for saying their opinion on their shows whether what they are saying is right or wrong. If Alex Jones is wrong all they have to do is ignore it.

I know jones screams I WAS FOUND GUILTY and thats on purpose. Guilty is a loaded word rather than what actually happened which is he was found liable. Guilty is for criminal charges which is what he wants his audience to think). Defamation damages isnt just for famous people. Anyone harmed by anothers speech can be found liable for defamation. When Jones has a platform like he does and inspires and encourages conspiracy minded people that lead to harassment and/or other types of harm they cant "just ignore it". Its part of their daily life and Jones was the cause of it.

Jones wasn't stalking them or standing outside their house or jobs harrasing them. He stated his opinion on how it appeared to them and he isn't alone in how it looked. That isn't harmful. Harmful speech would be let's go hang them or cause violence toward them.

@@joegerhardusa9017 - Jones had his free speech - he's now at a court hearing for damages based on what he said. As for courts, they have rules. Whether its this judge, or any other judge, people have to respect the rules of the court, whether they're making a claim, or responding to one.
He continues to say everything he wants outside of the court, but has already been found liable for the damage his speech has caused. This hearing is not about his guilt or inocence.
He might want to just get on the stand and tell the jury everything he believes or doesn't believe, that's his style, I get it, but everyone has to play by the rules. If that wasn't the case 'free speech' wouldn't exist.
