Quick tip: dont use your sword or tools when farming your wheat. You waste durability on them every time you break a crop. Just use your empty hand or a non tool item instead. Thanks so much for the content, really helps me sleep, minecraft is definitely my favorite.
Hello Morpheus! Regarding the lag of crops disappearing after being broken, as far as I know it probably just has something to do with the fact that there’s a lot of stuff going on around you (mobs, entities, etc) that can sometimes cause lag in Minecraft’s internal servers causing the block to not update. The edition of Minecraft you’re playing has also been known to be prone to this stuff, but don’t worry it is not graphics card deterioration. :)
Another great video! You're absolutely right about the AFK idea, and it is great to just leave in the background or overnight to get a ton of items. Creeper farms may look daunting and elaborate, but there is no complicated mechanisms involved in them; the hardest thing to do is follow the video and make sure you place blocks in the correct locations. You can also adjust the size of many of the designs you may see, so it will be less efficient but less costly on your resources. Also a quick tip; when you're trying to dump items into a chest, instead of having to drag and drop them back and forth, if you hold down the shift key and then left click on an item while in a chest interface, it will automatically place the item in the first available slot in the chest, and vice versa. Take care and keep them up!
9:18 Don't worry it's not your graphics card. Minecraft has been doing that forever, basically sometimes Minecraft has a rendering glitch, usually quit and loading the world fixes it on java.

Actually, you can use your tools when farming wheat, it doesn't waste durability. Just use the corresponding tool when breaking blocks however.
