I'm kinda shocked for a 'budget Belmo' version but also it's brilliant! They are going to sell those like crazy!
Kinda like to get one to experiment on with custom paint. That's one of my complaints with the racers (or the old pros) is the big puffy side stuff makes customizing tricky lol
For $250 they better be the best bowling shoes on the market...that price is obnoxious. I know the Belmo shoes are probably less feature packed but the price is at least reasonable lol

Mikey, I bowled on the same pair as you at Beaver-vu for the Ohio State Open Tourney a few years ago. Thank you for this video. I have a Dexter SST6 LZ and have had it for years, obviously. I need to purchase new shoes, what's the best advice to break in a new pair?
My shoes are about 26 years old. I should probably look into a new pair.

Belmo himself said they were not the "best" shoe, but hoped they would be considered "best for the money".
They are surprisingly good for the money for sure!
Does the right shoe (Righty) have rubber soles or sliding soles? I've been thinking about picking some of these up but I'm not sure I like the idea of having two sliding soles

I had the 3g shoes that are basically the old version of these new Belmo shoes and I had to end up getting new ones because they would leave a ton of black marks on the lanes.
No black marks with these so far!
If that ain’t a problem then these will definitely be great for people wanting to get into bowling
There's two main communities that would have an issue such as "having old fudds who don't like Jason Belmonte." One is firearms - sooooo many fudds who still can't get over polymer on guns. The other is bowling. Soooooo many fudds that can't get over two handers, even one as gracious and likable as Belmonte. And with so many other two handers, and him being the winner of so many titles, it's not like he's a fluke or something.
