Unfortunately, the system is disgustingly corrupt. I'm retired LE and fought corruption my whole career. Here i am in retirement doing it all over again. This time certain members of the bar association are acting like a cartel here in NM. They control the police and state agencies and they threaten, harass, and intimidate citizens; as well as steal their property without just compensation or any lawful cause. Of course, as soon as an attorney is willing to take my case, they get pulled off bc of who these bar cartel members are. So i'm going to do it myself. People have no idea how far gone this country is...

So since you’re knowledgeable about the police..can you please tell me is there anything that I can do for my brother. He was wrongfully incarcerated...during his incarceration he suffered Medical Malpractice and sustained irreversible damages. He’s diabetic and the medical care is nonexistent in prison. My brother is left blind from one eye. They delayed medical treatment knowing his condition. When they finally took him in for surgery they dilated his eyes then told him sign a waiver so they could proceed. That just makes my blood boil. He is deeply saddened and in disbelief that this is happened to him. He’s the only family I’ve got. I’ve examined his medical records and noticed they were modified. Modified by a doctor who has never provided my brother any care. I did some investigating and discovered that this doctor has been disciplined before by the Medical Board of California. My brother has fallen into deep depression. I can’t stand to see him hurting. He has a daughter that was taken from him by his ex-girlfriend a malignant narcissist.
I read about Tolling the Statute of Limitations. All experienced advice is welcome or if you can point me in the right direction. I’d truly appreciate it.
      From California

They have always done that from what i gather the barr is designed in order to gate keep who can defend and protect peoples interests, primarily because a lawyer protecting their clients interests is almost last on a big list, with the state, the public, the barr and everyone but the client. I wonder why no one has really sued the bar? especially since they disbarr anyone who finds out and rights a book or tells people that certain laws they enforce aren't actualy legal so forth and so on or offers laws that stop certain things from happening..

I am an VET and was doing okay until my 17 year old son died in an operation that he did not have to have. I could not focus and was completely distraught. Individuals took advantage of that and began harrassing me at my home which continues to this day. The harrassment sent me down the rabbit hole and my PTSD came to the surface. They continue to poke at my PTSD and I have totally withdrawn from society. I really appreciate your information. Thank you.

Hope you are doing okay brothers. Everyone in here struggling please try to keep your heads up. PTSD and loss of loved ones is a pain most can not comprehend. Do not let these demons drag you down past the point of no return. There is still purpose in life even if you can not see it now. It's not easy but you are strong. I encourage all of you guys to keep moving and do everything you can each day even if that is just breathing. That is okay. Please honor your loss as best as you can. Those you've lost do not want this torment for you. They love you same as you love them even though they are lost to your eyes that love still lives on. I know it sounds corny but it's something, some times the only thing that has helped me carry on. There are people in this world that are not the evil that encompasses you. There are others in the same fight as you everyday, please stick around for them. Maybe you haven't met that lost soul yet but hold your head high and carry on because you never know when the day will come where there is another on the edge of the abyss you and only you can assist because you have been in the same place, that cold dark rabbit hole. That cauldron with fire that feels like hell itself on your soul is forging the gold you have to offer for another. Please push on brothers.

11 months ago I was arrested in my home for obstruction of justice when I was the one who called the police.
I watched this police officer open my front door and walk in with 3 other officers in tow.
I got a copy of the report sent to me and the arresting officer told his chief that he was fine with cutting me loose and writing a citation for obstruction but the cheif made the choice of taking me to jail because I declined to answer his questions after being arrested.
The case was recently dropped or dismissed "in the interest of justice"
But the police here have absolutely no respect for the 4th amendment.
Tomorrow I go to the police department to retrieve the arrest footage to make a final decision as the weather the officer or officers acted willfully and wonton before I make file anything because I don't want to lose but I don't want the police to feel comfortable violating the rights of citizens.

All cuz 2 karens called 911 an lied they told them i pushed an elderly woman and then barricaded myself on her property and that I looked to be on drugs. Cops wouldn't listen to me. They came deep af too the whole squad was there about 12 of them. I knew someone said sum serious lies to get a response like that so I was in fear I didn't know what was said or what was going on. When I got shot I thought it was real bullets that hit my chest I thought I was gonna die. Good news is that I never accepted a plea bargain an im glad I didn't cuz my 2 accusers finally came clean and admitted they made it all up that they lied to the police to get me in trouble an get me arrested when I did nothing wrong. My wife didn't believe I was innocent despite my best efforts to convince her it wasn't true an served me divorce papers shortly after. Lost my job she kicked me outta the house. I am now a law student (a later bloomer) but back in 2016-2017 I was falsely arrested, humiliated in public, chastised, handcuffed, driven to the local jail and cuffed to a bench for hours while my pleas to use a restroom were ignored. They sat me beside drunken and violent men, which is illegal as I am a female. Finally, they provided me with a UA that proved the cause for arrest was false (officer told me I was on meth, that my eyes didn't lie... when really I pulled over to sleep in my car briefly while on my 1.5hour commute home from work that night because I was falling asleep behind the wheel. I was trying to be safe.) He found me ASLEEP! How did he assume I was on meth? I had seizures at age 18 which left me with some brain damage, so one pupil doesn't dilate like the other. He ran with that and the fact at that time I was quite thin from being over worked and in a bad relationship and I am heavily tattooed. I think he simply judged my appearance and not my competence or behavior. If I was a grandma, or something...that wouldn't have happened. The police department didn't respond to any of my complaints so I dropped it but this still haunts me and causes me severe anxiety when pulled over by police.

Wow, So glad to have found this page, I wish I could find a lady like her in Colorado, the police ran me in my house, due to a false report. held my children at gun point, fell on my six month old grandaughter in her car seat, which we got on recording, smashed her, slammed me and said i had a warrant, 45 minutes to find out it was for traffic, I was booked for about two hours and released on a PR bond, well i got evicted behind that as well smh, i was later picked up a month later for that same day they took me to jail and charged me and 5 children that that they held at gun point with a felony menacing case...HOW, They dragged this case for over a year, dropped it to a lesser charge, and SEALED the felony menacing of where they ran me in my house...Then March of 2023, the police pulled me over for no front plate, called about 10 officers because i was scared to roll the window all the way down, they busted out my window, towed my car, took me to jail on a warrant they claim i had for the same case they SEALED....SMH, My car was in trust, i showed proof they still auctioned off my car. Internal affairs, Electronic Monitoring is all in on the corruption, i have made complaint after complaint, one of the Chiefs told me since i lived in Georgia for 12 years without being harassed by the police i should just move back there. I filed a Tort Claim with the attorney General, it was denied. then on November 25, 2023 what looked like was swat and the animal control came and removed my support animals from my home stating they got a anonymous call which was NOT. (this one gets deep) The SEARCH WARRANT was not valid, my pets has been in the animal shelter since. the saddest thing of it all, it all started when i started speaking my right. 4 years of hell, since the pandemic. No injured party, no fist thrown, just clearly speaking my rights lawfully. I also got a force masking case and had a mask on. its so much and dont let me add my children, we are under attack! who can refer me to someone Like this lady that handles cases in colorado, please and thank you.

My complaint is Eighth Amendment violations and I have approximately 9 or 10 defendants. Is there anyone out there that will be a legal civil consultant. I will not hold you responsible for the outcome, I just need certain answers I have answered and my documents reviewed. For example is a Pro Se Plaintiff responsible to pay for their deposition they intend or does the court pay? What if plaintiff doesn’t have the amount of money, does they lose out on that part of discovery?

on 4-8-22 i entered the downtown Denver Court House, there for official court business, my lawyer waiting for my arrival in courtroom.
i chose to allow my cam era to film my movement and the immediate publicly viewable common areas. After over three minutes of enjoyed videotaping, a cop approached and with a 100% asshole attitude sneered his assinine directives around and -assuming id bow to his unlawful orders- he tried bullying me, intimidating "let's go!" he fussed. i had already decided to ignore anything he said, no crime being commited. i ended surrounded by 6 cops in a public building, carrying out a 1st amendment constitutionally protected daily general activity. i ended up arrested for trespassing- (without the "owner" of the building's aurhorization or actual request, nor was i ever told what "crime" i supposedly had commited that constituted my physically being grabbed and drug out of the public building by 5 cops, to be then released and told i couldnt go to court in their building anymore. i WENT BACK IN and i absolutely told them i would. this time however, i was NOT filming.. at the doorway the idiots actually arrested me then. i missed court, a days pay at my job, i was locked in an isolation box for over ten straight hours with no water, no shoes, no needed and requested medical help...
my processing for my PR bond could have helped release me properly and i could have worked that day. but the cops refused to even begin processing me until it was explained that i was being punished for knowing and using my rights, when i am aware that I am supposed to do anything at all that a cop asks, immediately. my rights are under police officers issuance. i warned all of them of violating my rights. they laughed at me, ridiculed me, then illegally arrested me, locked me in that ice box for ten+ hours, where i suffered.. . cops randomly came past my door to threaten and harass me. my feet have medical lifts prescribed by a doctor, which one cop refused to give back...
i was released on bond almost 24 hours later because of officer abuse. i strongly feel my 1st, 2nd and other amendment rights were blatantly violated in a public court huilding, - not in any actual courtrooms mind you. would you offer me any help or direction or advice, please? i know i have grounds to sue these bully cops. ineed guidance to a proper attorney who can help me...
