Blade Leather Penetration Test AK47, SA80, Fairbairn-sykes commando, Enfield, Metford, Ka-Bar USMC

This is a little video showing how various knives and bayonets penetrate a leather sofa back cushion. The leather material is not extremely thick but it is quite decent thickness. I have videos on each of these knives.

More seriously, I suspect that you're AK Bayonet has been used for digging, and/or opening cans. The F-S fighter is a great penetrator, yet the point is easily broken. Thankfully my experience for the latter was on a CAKO (Cheap A$$ Knock Off).
