The trouble is, like SAS legend Billy Billingham said, you can't really have realism for a game as it needs to be an entertaining game first and realistic second. You can get some realism in but most people would find 100% realism boring.

Sniping is really good but for that level I wish it was sniping it would have felt so much better and it would have been so much more fun for the game to have sniping on that Pacific level and then going down and doing the bombs afterwards and then finding the enemies that you missed or something

*mw3 added this feature i think where you can "cant" your gun and an aiming reticle appears on your screen, guess for those that don't wanna use iron sights?*
*Mw2019 had gun canting, but you needed a certain laser sight in order to do so.*

IRL apparently gun tilting is done to have recoil go sideways rather than upwards, however it's mostly only used in close quarters.
