Married for over 25 years, Ruth and Bob built a successful business and raised five children together. Now two of their children step up to help serve a Valentine's Day dinner for their parents at Hillside Farm.

Yeah! Ruth is back. My absolute favorite homeowner. This channel features so many stylish and gorgeous homes with amazing homeowners and that is why I love it so much. I feel like we hit the jackpot when you introduced us to Ruth. She is an absolute treasure herself. I bought her book when you first featured her and no surprise it is my favorite coffee table book. Thanks to Ruth my chocolate chip cookies are a big hit with friends and family. Her willingness to share her experiences and wisdom so generously is such a gift. I get so much inspiration from her. Ruth I follow some amazing decorators podcast, but it’s like looking at the same decor over and over again….the homes are stunning, but on Homeworthy the homes are so unique and yours is at the very top of my favorites list….what your home oozes with is a soul! I spent this Valentines Day in the hospital getting my first breast cancer surgery, so we just lost out of this one. Second surgery next week, just a few days before Easter. Hope I will be able to do a simple Easter Sunday brunch, we will see.

What a wonderful video. The dinner looks delicious and you make it seem easily manageable. Looking forward to your book. But Ruth, if Bob is trying to get in "shape" for the wedding, I'm not sure this was lower calorie than a filet and sides would have been!
