Oh really, long time subscriber! 👌🏻 I'm glad both videos inspired you though mate! Thank you!
@@LifeBeingWilson yes mate please make more videos

Yesss DIY project again saving many money nice one man 👌🏼
Got to try save money where you can mate! 👌🏻 Thank you!
@@LifeBeingWilson too true man may actually have to do this it's inspiring me to do similar for a splitter if I can fin big anough trim
@@lankyman1998 yeah man try it! If I can find something cheap to be able to do a splitter with I will, but I've found it hard to find meterial cheap enough as may aswell just buy a splitter for that price haha
@@LifeBeingWilson I may give mighty car mods garden trim splitter a go or just go to a DIY store and find something
@@lankyman1998 yeah man, give it a go, let me know how you get on!
Where did you get the plastic? Struggling to find any in Scotland without buying in bulk
I got mine from a shop called wicks, they come in bulk but you can split them and buy separately!
Maybe your rear wheels are sitting far in because you have a staggered wheel setup. Your front wheels look like they are sticking out slightly so maybe they have been fitted the wrong way round (fronts are on the back and back wheels are on the front). This wheel setup is common with BMW's because of the rear wheel drive. Or, maybe I am wrong, but something for you to inspect?
Yeah these are a staggered set of wheels, the wider ones are on the rear, they still sit so far in the arch they need spacers 😂
Nice one mate! For sure will be doing it. Btw, theres actually black flat trim you can buy.. i just found out. Ebay
Nice one mate! I will have to have a look for that haha
@@LifeBeingWilson btw, whats the length of the skirt pls..
@@twocents6001 im nor sure, i just bought longer length and then trimmed them down to the car size
Excellent job mate. How's it holding up? Gonna try this on my f10.
Thank you mate! It's holding up brilliant! 👌🏻
Going to give this a go on my E90. Ordered the uPVC already 👍 Front wheels shouldnt stick out further than rear wheels for me, it looks a bit odd. I would roll your rear arches to get a wider spacers on combined with a stretched tyre or get them front wheels tucked more.
Nice one mate! 👌🏻 I think when I was filming this I didn't havey spacers on the rear as they were rubbing haha, in the end I just swapped the spacers around front to rear! 😂
@@LifeBeingWilson you ever had the wheel aligment checked? Your driver side rear looks like its got too much negative camber, which would explain why it looks more tucked than passenger side
@@vivarovanlife yeah ive had all the tracking and alignment done, the cars in a very different state to when this video was uploaded haha
Do you know how much it was when you got it? And is it the PVCu white cloaking profile?
it will like £6 each side, im not entirely sure what its called, just pvcu trim
Where could i buy that kind of pvc.. i couldnt find anywhere her in Barcelona Spain.. just want to know what is that material intended to use for?
any diy store, its basically trim used around windows , so most if not all diy stores should have it
@@LifeBeingWilson o thanks..
What store did you get the trimming from?
wicks mate :)
Where did you buy the pvc from mate
wicks
Do you have any link? I can’t find it anywhere
its all depends were you live tbh, b&q, wicks any diy hardware store will supply these , i got mine at wicks
Whats the colour code of the rims please?, They look awesome
i wouldn't have a clue mate haha,
Did you cut the mud flaps off?
What do I self taper into
No the mudflaps just unscrew and you self tap into the original sideskirt
Mine next 👀
Get the bits! 😉
Hey mate, you got a link to where I can get these?
Hello, just have a look on the wicks website mate
If you have springs and want go lower you need cut the shock absorber in damper
That sounds a bit sketchy 😂 but it's okay now mate, I've got coilovers and the car is sitting pretty good! 👌🏻
Ruff ruff 🐶
Great video! Thanks for the idea. But the thickness... really 95mm? Do you have any idea how much 95mm is?😂😂
95mm = 3,74 inches. That is probably your complete ground clearance haha!
@@johanborgerdijn782 were did i say 95mm XD my bad if i did haha
@@LifeBeingWilson 1:20 haha! It even says 95mm in the description ;) What was the actual thickness? Looks good this thick!
@@johanborgerdijn782 oh sh*t 😂 I think I meant thickness as in how wide it is haha, I think the thickness is like 6mm 😂
@@LifeBeingWilson aaah okay a width of 95mm can be true yeah! Alright thanks man, I am for sure going to be doing this to my E36! Have a nice day👍
