Great video, thanks AJ. You would bring these supplies, trash can, mop bucket from site to site? Or would you buy them for each site contract and leave them onsite?
Most of these I have for my business as well, except I have an actual cart, & an upright vacuum (but planning on getting a 2nd vacuum that’s a backpack vacuum), & I use the Toilet Bowl Mops & keep them inside buckets (I clean the bowl mops after use)

How do you wash your microfiber towels?&& All the reusable things?
Put directly cloths bag at all buildings. Once per week pick them up, take them to the laundromat to wash. Then drop them back off the following week while replacing the old dirty bag with the new washed cloths

What about a floor scraper, slow scrubber and an automatic scrubber to strip and wax the floors? You didn't mention that.

What are you using for floors now days? I keep getting told different chemicals and it’s leaving a “film” or “residue” on the floors
Neutral floor cleaner is best. You just have to make sure that you follow the dilution rates. Too much chemical will leave it sticky. Mop and glow and other cheap products will leave film

What do you do with your big gallon trash can?
Roll it around to dump the smaller trash cans in the offices into. It's not mandatory, buy definitely helps a lot

Where do cleaning business owners store their chemicals? I’m discouraged right now because my business license on hold due to using a virtual address and not having a physical location to store the chemicals.
Rent a storage space or put it in your garage. You can also request to leave it on site

On site in the janitorial closets. Alternatively, you can allows workers to keep it in their trunks. That's not ideal though
