What a great video this is! Pai just seems so chilled and relaxed and just cool which is what you both earned and deserve honestly! I love how your faces light up with breakfast too, it’s like a whole platter and I’m here for it!👏🏾😂. Also loved the rocking chairs, I can see you two in your 70s & 80s with little Lloyd and Mandy (or I guess not little by that point lol), back in Pai at those same rocking chairs just chilling out ✌🏾😎😂. Great video. After watching your videos on Pai, I'm inspired to spend at least a week there to chill relax and hangout. It gives me that Ubud Bali chill vibe minus the crowd and traffic. 👍👍👍
Pai is great during low season but in high season it turns into a bit of a circus.
It is very similar to Ubud, you should for sure!
After watching this I think we need to try Pai in off season. We went in December and it was so packed and not a good vibe. But also we hadn’t been since our young backpacker days in 2010 so hard not to compare to those ‘good old days’ 😂

I really liked chang mai and will be staying there again in September. I did a one day trip to Pai laster year, but I really didn't get much of an opportunity to see much other than the tourist stops. My take away from the trip was a love of Choi soi.

Wow! Pai was always a place I stayed away from because of the influx of tourists... but.. these days im more into practiced the hippie shiz, so super keen to get out there and try yoga and breath work! are you going to have more vids there? keen to see more :)

Can I ask, what's the weather like during July/aug/sep is it worth visiting or with it being rainy season does it rain most days all day
Rainy season is still very beautiful in northern Thailand
we will be in Pai from 7/22-8/18 visiting our son who lives there. He and his wife own Pai Adventures white water rafting . We would like to go to the art studio cafe can you tell me the name of it ?
