Its not often I prefer live sessions over studio, but with JLL I cant get enough. He's brilliant recorded and doubly so LIVE. JLL, you nail it everytime. I love you and your music. You are the-e-e Killer.

What a great version of this track. Pure Killer country at it's best in one of the best countries in the world. Just like Jerry mentioned, Canada is a really special place. That first tour with Johnny Cash and company up in Canada must've been a good one. First stop was in Saskatchewan if I'm not mistaken. But anyways. This version is such a great version. It's like he's playing it perfectly like a machine. Like some kind of human "player piano". Amazing version. Thanks for the post.

OMG! Thank you SO much for posting this! I was at this concert as a little kid! It was the first time I ever saw Jerry Lee Live! I couldn't remember anything about this concert, nor could I remember what he wore. Fats Domino took the stage after Jerry, but that was after Jerry broke the piano stool which took the staff 20 mins to repair. Thanks again SOOOOO much! He was playing the dates that I was there, but my parents wouldn't take me. My mom pretended to have some kind of moral objection to the guy, but I now know that its because there was a crowd there, and she's a big fat lady and didn't feel like parting the crowd for her girth.
