You guys should give grades at the end of your ppv reviews
They shouldn't because they are bound to be inconsistent about it, or people will bitch when they grade something too high or too low and it will start unnecessary arguments ie like the skip ads/support the friendos nonsense.

Christopher Ballero billy Kidman was boss back then and treated like shit in WWE
Kidman also was an unsafe worker who concussed the fuck out of scores of people with his Shooting Star Press and still kept doing the move

The entire concept of what Raw and SmackDown Live are doing now is what Eric Bischoff wanted to do with nWo. Eventually nWo would have ceased being a faction and become its own roster and at that point wouldn't have wrestled WCW wrestlers anymore and would have only wrestled nWo performers and same with WCW. Maybe doing their own version of Survivor Series once a year.
And that would have been beyond stupid and make no sense. That's the angles big flaw to begin with. Should have just been the first 3 guys and Bischoff as their leader.
The over-the-top rule was a throwback to the Bill Watts era and was never officially overturned, but they stopped mentioning it by 1998.
It is weird but the very thing that made WCW huge was also the thing that killed it. Eric Bishoff and the NWO with Vince Russo. Of course Vince Russo didn't have anything to do with WCW success. But he is part of the reason it went down.

Commend the censoring of "fucking" as just silence instead of an annoying beep. I don't like censorship but at least it isn't a loud, terrible noise.
My cousin and Uncle were at the Sould Out ppv in 1997 at the now closed Hara Arena in Dayton Ohio. They made the "first" "Raven Get the Flock Out of Here" sign. Technically my Aunt, now passed, came up with the sign lol. It was very cold and snowy that January night. Was cool it was in my home state 30-45 minutes away. The fact all of the NWO didn't win all their matches at this ppv made them look weak. The matches are supposed to be "fixed" and even had their own referees and still did not win every match LAME!!!
Souled Out 1997 was broadcast from the Five Seasons Center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

The nWo kept courting DDP till Macho Man put a end to that shit. As soon as Macho took a crutch to Page the whole, "we want you" thing was done. And of course that lead to one of the best feuds in the 90's.
This PPV was essentially a bunch of guys having a mid-life crisis in the lamest way possible.

I watch quite a few from Steve and Larson and never noticed that Big Cass it blurred out in the opening is this because fuck him or is there a reason why lol?
AkiraSlayer They update the intro according to what's happening on WWE. First they changed the one with The miz when he got drafted to Raw and now that one.

Just so you know, in Uncensored 1995 for whenever you get around to it, the King of the Road match was edited originally, because of WCW's no blood policy at the time (which led to both Blacktop Bully (Barry Darsow) and Dustin getting fired for the match even though they were encouraged to do blood by Mike Graham (who I think also got fired for this). So it wasn't a network edit, WCW edited it the way it is shown back then. Unless you can get a master copy from someone somewhere within the company at the time, you won't find anything more complete than what is there lol.
Honestly as much as I love NWO the concept is kinda flawed to begin with. If your goal is for this group to try and take over the company you've set it up to fail because they nerd to have so many members it becomes too many and ruins it. Having their own ppv and own Saturday night show were stupid. If you had to add more than the 3 original guys then the angle should have ended at Starrcade 97 and it would have been the greatest angle ever.

This is why NWO isn't top 5 greatest factions. They were great for a months and then fell apart. When Big Boss Man, IRS, Stevie Ray are on your faction your group sucks. Things got better with the Wolfpac but it started to suck again quickly after.
Except Stevie Ray was in a group with his brother who went on to be one of the most celebrated and legendary wrestlers in history...Booker T.

Mr. Geo Nope, you have to take in account the entire run of the faction. Things got worse for NWO. Things didn't get worse for Evolution or The Shield or The Horsemen, and even if things did get worse with these factions, they were never NWO bad.
