Thank you for sharing the scenery. It’s gorgeous!
I always enjoy your posts. Loved seeing the sights around Copenhagen!
🚗 🚘 Cars are great! And a big pain, too. Looking forward to some destination videos on your channel. Yay! 📚
Such a lovely video! Really appreciate seeing your country, community, & holiday happenings... inter-spliced with everyday life in your corner of the world. 🌏
Congratulations on the new car it is great to see you again I'll give you one piece of advice I always give my grand kids when they start driving never use your cruise control when it's raining. I have seen way too many fatal accidents because of this simple mistake. Hope you enjoy your holiday season.
Thank you very much for that advice! I had no idea - although I haven't even tried driving with cruise control yet :)
Thank you for the Copenhagen and Ringsted footage!
Aww, excellent video...so glad to have you (and Zeus) back. You live in such a beautiful country, am envious !!
We’ve missed yo Helene we love to see your face more often
Congratulations on your new car, Helene!!! That's huge. Enjoy it!!! Your monthly vlogs are always a treat. ❤️
Congratulations on your new and first car! It's incredible the feeling of such freedom having your own! Lots of responsibility!
Missed your vlogs, they always make me feel so relaxed!
Yes yes yes yes!! I knew you’d love A Gentleman in Moscow!!
Great as always to see you, Helene! I hope things have slowed down a bit since November and that you can enjoy December---and your new car!---I'm having another "embargo" on new books coming in as I still have so/too many books but if I JUST HAPPEN to see "The Traveling Cat Chronicles" at the library or in a Little Free Library, I'm grabbing it!---Wonderful to see Copenhagen and Ringsted: such beautiful places. I've started my own writing again and I may use the name Ringsted as a character's last name or even have a fictional American town with that name but maybe spell it Ringstead what with the way names that came here from overseas sometimes get Americanized spellings.---I'm looking forward to your next selection of books and comments.
I love your channel, you are very sympathetic ...:-)
(And you're talking great about books)
Yay, another reading vlog!!!!!!
Congrats on your new car! I love seeing your travels.
I saw The Travelling Cat Chronicles the other day and almost got it! and yay getting your first car is so exciting ^^
lovely vlog x
Good to see your videos again!
Really loved seeing glimpses of Copenhagen. You've made me interested in the Travelling Cat Chronicles, even though it's not something I'd normally think to pick up, I do love cats & it sounds sweet.
It's super sweet, so I do hope you'll pick it up someday :)
I've been waiting for this for a long time! Miss u!
Congratualions on the purchase of your first car.
Thanks for treating us to beautiful views of your country.
Thanks! And you're welcome :)
Happy 7th Birthday to Zeus! Congratulations and mazel tov with your new car. Drive it in good health. So glad you enjoyed A Gentleman in Moscow. It's a 5-star read for me, as well, and my top favorite of 2018. Second to that might be Eleanor Olyphant Is Completely Fine. Thanks for sharing lovely scenes of Copenhagen.
Thank you so much for showing us those beautiful places of Copenhagen! Happy Birthday to your cat😻🎂
Zeus says thanks! :)
So captivating Helene!!😍😍😍😍

Wow and I don't know if I'll ever come to South America :P
Congratulations on the new car purchase. Enjoy all your adventures!!
Thanks! :D
Broken Harbor might have been my favorite in the series and that’s saying a lot because that series lives up there with Harry Potter in my heart.
That sounds really good!!! :-))))
I enjoy your vlogs so much :)
I missed your face
Thanks :)
Just a lovely Vlog--loving the scenes of streets and buildings decorated for Christmas...thank you for sharing hugs, Julierose
Great video Helene!
I am a cat lover as well. I just reserved The Traveling Cat Chronicles at my Library. Thanks for the review.
Hi there Helene. How are you doing? Nice car. I hope that you enjoy using it. Also, I know how it feels to be very busy. That's why I listen to audio books a lot so that I can multi task. Anyway, during November and on through December, I have been doing a self designed readathon of several books that were written by J. R. R. Tolkien. I am currently listening to the Lord of the Rings the Return of the King. After that, I am hoping to listen to the Hobbit, the Children of Hurin, and maybe listen to 2 volumes of unfinished tales that he wrote. Apart from that, and when I need something different, I have been listening to either Miklos Banffy's they Were Counted or the 3rd book in the Crown of Stars series, the Burning Stone, by Kate Elliott. In addition to those, I have picked up 2 Preganacy Massage courses. This is where you read a textbook, then you answer some questions, maybe watch a DVD, and then you take a test online. Things are a bit slow at work, so it's a good time to take a class. Anyway, those books that you mentioned sound really good. I will let you know when I pick any of them up. See ya. Julie
am here for your voice.
Happy 7th year of life Zeus! I had no idea you could insure a cat. What is he insured for exactly? Is it like medical and dental like parents can get for human babies but just a fur baby instead?
I’m going to read award-winning Milkman by Anna Burns. I have it ordered from my library, but it’s so popular that I’m in a queue. Is that on your to be read list? Thx 📖
It's one that I've been kind of interested in, but not enough to actually do something about it :P I hope you'll like it!
Beautiful
Zeus is adorable 😻 does he ever go outdoors or an indoor cat only ?
So far, he's an indoor cat only (with a huge apartment to play around in) - but I would like to move somewhere with a small garden for him, someday :)
❣Hi, Helene, lovely and ( too) attracting book tips. We've a lot of cat lovers and owners in our family and I'm one, too but without a cat ( married with a non cat lover), so I enjoy family visits very much. Also the Gentleman in Moscow sounds interesting, I've to do some research, i think it's based on a true story? The toymaker is for our more fantasy lovers, we've also in the family. I enjoyed the city views, too, I've been in Denmark so often during Christmas time and my decorations are very Danish. And my cookies: pebernødder, mazarener, havrekiks... Thank you for this invitation and congrats to Zeus. Wish you some peaceful and sparkling moments and a lot of reading joy in December, love, Monika❣
Happy birthday, Zeus
Meow :)
You should now read Rules of Civility....I loved it more than the Gentlemen in Moscow...which is of course great any ways 😊
I might read that one someday as well :)
have you read the new Murakami book?
I have read half of it (because it is published in 2 parts here in Denmark) - but not the second half. I'm not sure it's a book for me, unfortunately :)
