Depends on your definition of “create” and your point of view. If we say both Windu and Sideous created Tyranus and Vader, that leaves Maul as the deciding vote. Sideous made Maul without any help from Windu. So in order for this claim to be true, either Tyranus and Vader were “created” by Windu and not Sideous, or Windu made other sith aside from the 3 mentioned. Asajj Ventress and Savage Oppress were created by Dooku, so what other Sith are there? I suppose if we count Baris Offee as a sith, Windu had a hand in creating her, but what constitutes sith at that point?

It’s so sad to see what Dooku was going through in his life as a jedi. He was never an evil person at heart with his intentions being motivated to fix the republic whether by needing the senators to change their ways or do a complete overhaul of the republic itself. Though motivated to do good for the people of the galaxy it still lead him down a dark path. I sort of wonder what the story of starwars would’ve been like if Dooku stayed in the light and tried to help in a different way, even if he had to do the Ahsoka route of leaving the Order and helping by his own means.

"What man is a man, who does not try to make the world a better place!" Count Dooku is my favorite. Not only because his real life actor is the one and only Christopher Lee, but because he truly wanted to improve the lives of people across the galaxies, wherein he faced the flaw with the both the republic and jedi order. The republic was an ineffective and corrupt, bureaucratic mess hampering real improvement. The Jedi order was incapable of doing what was sometimes necessary to stomp out evil, as with the bloodthirsty governor. More concerned with maintaining its emotionally neutral impetus rather than practice righteous indignation over barbarism and oppression. Dooku always felt like a grey jedi to me, neither jedi nor fully sith. He would've been my choice to follow, had he indeed had an agenda of his own seperate from Sidious'.

And when the war started The Coruscant Temple could have just been another satellite Temple with There wartime HQ being on Serenno. Serenno is the planet Dooku is the count of because of his noble family. This would have offered something the Jedi sorely needed, a militant force, that wouldn’t require induction into the order because the safety of the planet would be its primary concern with or without the Jedi, all of which would have deterred say a galactic coup.

Qui-Gon Jinn really was one of the most important characters of the prequels. He was the glue that held everything and everyone together. When he was killed... it all fell apart. His master and friend became so consumed by sorrow and disillusionment that he turned to darkness. His Padawan became a shrewd man who, while he did great things, his failures eclipsed his successes. The boy Qui-Gon took under his wing was left without a proper guide or parent and was left in the hands of an apathetic order who due to their lack of perception of the real game being played, handed him over to the devil.

I think the irony is that Dooku wanted loyalty and integrity from the jedi and so he turned to Sidious who only faked it for him only for it to be revealed to him too late. I think Dooku clearly should have just left the jedi order as well as Anakin as it seems they both made the mistake of thinking that since the Jedi were bad then maybe the dark side wasnt so bad. Its the greatest deception of encountering evil only to fall for something even worse.

the saddest part is that dooku is right, the republic was trully deeply rotten at it's core and the jedi knew this, but they didn't do anything, just ignore it, that's why palpatine was able to dig his way to the top, that's why the order has fallen, that's why the empire has rise from it, the jedi are deeply in fault
