Where in the Quran does Allah say to Muhammad that if Muhammad does not reveal what he is commanded that Allah would torment him? I think Dr Omar is thinking of the verse to be revealed right before the completion verse where Allah says, "O Messenger, reveal what has been revealed to you and if you do it not then it is as if you have not revealed His Message at all and Allah will protect you from the people". This verse was revealed in the last pilgrimage when literally of of Islam had been given to us right before the Prophet died. Now what was so important that if Muhammad did not say it to the people that it would have been as if he had not revealed anything at all?

Corruption on earth . and Allah calls Zina not a Phassad but a Fahisha فاحشه and we do know that disbelive or kufr is not Phasad either . but if you were to look in to the mushaf to search for examples of Phassad you will see people who shed blood like أَتَجْعَلُ فِيهَا مَنْ يُفْسِدُ فِيهَا وَيَسْفِكُ الدِّمَاءَ or وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَنْ يُعْجِبُكَ قَوْلُهُ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَيُشْهِدُ اللَّهَ عَلَى مَا فِي قَلْبِهِ وَهُوَ أَلَدُّ الْخِصَامِ* وَإِذَا تَوَلَّى سَعَى فِي الْأَرْضِ لِيُفْسِدَ فِيهَا وَيُهْلِكَ الْحَرْثَ وَالنَّسْلَ وَاللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الْفَسَادَ or example of Pharoah
