In Poland old Pie Apple is here
All is in poland
@@BabbleTop actually, in my city, I can still find fries with seasoning powder (the shaker fries)
And my city has pizza at Macdonald's Mc-cafe
The largest McDonalds in Orlando Florida they still have pizza, hotdogs and they have a separate section where they made their specialty coffees and baked goods. I was so surprised that I made sure I took pics. The McDonalds in my area have baskets of fries which hold more fries than the "bucket"
@Marianne Sounds mouth watering. Can't wait to try it real soon 😄
Whaaa
Yea when I was in orlando I went there and it was so good
Really? I heard there is a good seafood buffet there too. Hope to visit one day.
Fr?? Damn man i was in orlando last year
Rip
Here in the Philippines we still have shaker fries, they are called shake-shake fries (I dont know why I pointed that out) It comes in 2 flavors. Cheese and BBQ. But thats not all. We also have the bucket of fries and fried apple pies. Just had a feeling I had to point that out.
In Singapore they sometimes have shaker fries every now and then, the current one now being Seaweed Flavour, just had them yesterday they were great
From Singapore here.
Sometimes if the Shaker Fries weren't available as they are only in season every now and then, I would take the pepper packets from the side counter and use that to add flavors instead to get my own salt & pepper fries.
Omg yes i always order them but i never knew that we had buckets of fries
YES
The shake shake fries are my favorite I always order it
Shaker fries are still available in a lot of South-East Asian countries, and in Japan at limited times where they also have "shaka-chiki" a fried chicken patty served in a paper pouch with a seasoning packet that works the same way.
We got it yesterday here in Oman
also available in spain
I think they are even avaiable in Czech Republic
McSharer fries, McSpagetti, Fried Chicken and Shake-shake fries are availaible in SE Asia
here in India it's not possible to get normal fries it's cumpolsury to get them but its your option to mix them or not.
to this day, still don't know why McD's got rid of the parfaits. has no grease and was perfect for breakfast
That was my go guilty pleasure. 😔 I cried when they stopped selling those.
I miss those! They need to bring them back
@PrincessKristan I hope so too, one of the best in the fast foods chain industry 👌🏾
I used to love those. I didn't know they stopped selling it.
My mom loved the Big n Tasty and the salad shakers. She passed in 2007. I really like seeing the videos that remind me of her ❤️
We still have fried apple pies in Australia, however the taste has definitely changed over the years. My favourite discontinued item though is definitely the banana caramel pie, which was only available for a few months in Australia, I’m really sad that they stopped making it.
Here in Hawaii, we got the same. We also have a haupia pie which is also deep fried. (pretty good might I add)
I don't live there any more, but in Moscow, Russia we still have the fried apple pie
never knew that apple pies weren’t in other places.
We have the fried apple pies in Germany too!! And they're like my favourite thing ever from McDonalds lol, everytime I get smth there I also get a fried apple pie. I love them so much, I'd cry if they discontinued them here
Same here in the UK
The shaker fries still exist, albeit in Singapore. It’s a tiny South East-Asian nation so yeah. Over here we currently have seaweed shaker fries and used to have some “Mala” fries as well. Essentially a numb and spicy seasoning, which had a good kick to it.
Philippines have the shaker fries as well so it may be that only some asian countries have it at the moment.
@@ianrafaelabenido5453 correct
@@ianrafaelabenido5453 HK too
and that pizza one
We also still have it in hong Kong
i had one friend who always insisted on ordering the mcpizza when we were kids, and aside from it being the priciest item it was also the most time consuming, i can remember his dad waiting at the counter until we were almost done our meals LoL
@Heinrich Muller Mcdonalds ripping out wallets and time 🤮
I remember the shake fries being pretty popular here as well.
Maybe something cost-related as to why they got rid of them.
We still have them in the Philippines 😀
They stopped serving it for like 5 months and decided to bring it back.
Singapore still has the shaker fries
@@nikosdanoob5738 and in india to
🤤🤤We still have them here in India - It's called peri peri fries 🍟
Peri peri fries + Coke 🤤🤤🤤🤤
Shakin' flavour fries are still available in here in Hong Kong, have been for years, it used to have "promotional season" when it is available, and regular seasons when it is not, now its always there, thats how popular it is. From what I recall on top of my head there is: BBQ/Seaweed always available, they constantly try to add new flavors such as Lobster/Cheese/Kimchi/Honey... etc etc
I'm in Winnipeg Manitoba, and for a while back in 1995, we had the Arch Deluxe burger: crisp lettuce, mustard-mayo sauce, peppered bacon, tomato, and beef on a bakery-style potato roll. It was delicious. But apparently it too didn't sell enough and McDonald's discontinued it. Too bad.
I remember the shaker fries. They gotta bring that back again!
At least bring them back seasonal. 🤷🏽♀️ I really miss those.
It's still here in Philippines
@spectrumbots42 Asian country stull has them. If you ever travel to one hope you can eat one again 😄
@@airey3646 which branch? I am in the Philippines too and I have not seen shaker fries sold anywhere.
@@sureshmukhi2316here in taguig in mcds kiosks we see shake shake fries and they're still here
That isn't why the pizza was discontinued at all. It was discontinued because it required a massively expensive pizza oven to be installed in each location, which already lacked sufficient space to do so in most locations. Every location that sold it did so at a huge loss due to the initial investment in equipment that was never made up for in sales. Cooking time was never a factor
In Hong Kong shakin fav fries still exists, and it’s evolving to a whole new level🗿
In Singapore, there was once a new menu item called the McDonald’s Nasi Lemak, which was a popular Malay dish with coconut milk flavoured rice, cucumber, chilli, and fried chicken. This was briefly introduced in a promotion if I remember correctly, but in the end it was being removed from the menu. I don’t think many people especially Singaporeans will still remember this dish now.
im surprised Snack Wrap wasn’t mentioned. that was my favorite and it discontinued around 2018 if i remembered correctly
The Hula Burger was suggested as a meatless option for Catholics, who at the time, abstained from eating meat on Fridays.
@Mary List Nice to know facts everyone. Keep up the good Work 😄
But that's what the Filet o' Fish was for!
I remember McDonalds having chocolate pies, it was a bit like the apple pies they sold but with melted chocolate inside. They were legitimately *AMAZING*
@Prince Ham Anything with chocolate in it will definitely taste amazing i bet you 😍
It wasn’t melted chocolate, it was a chocolate custard/ pudding!
That’s pretty sad, meanwhile in the Philippines and probably other countries has the Shakin’ flavor fries, although it’s renamed to Shake-shake fries with only Cheese or BBQ flavor, it’s an optional upgrade for any set of fries either on solo orders or part of a set and they’re bussin’
Apple pies are also a staple in the McDo Philippines menu
There’s also seaweed flavor and I think they had a temporary shrimp flavor at one point
They used to have seaweed flavor in Singapore my mom would bring me some it was soooo good even my cousins loved it
In spain as well
Also, one of the most iconic things I remember about McDonald’s as a kid were their boxes of cookies! The chocolate chip were my favorites!
In the Philippines we actually still have the shake shake fries and the spaghetti! The flavors for the fries tho were bbq and cheese but sometimes they add limited flavors such as “Nori” or “Honey butter” tho those were limited and as for the spaghetti we just have one version cheese, sauce, ofc the noodles and then some mini hotdogs! :)))
Oh yes and btw we still have the fried apple pies! They just taste way better lol
Mhm
I miss the McSalad Shakers, the dressing covered everything perfectly after shaking. I ate more Salad then than I ever did while on the go. RIP McSalad Shakers 💚
Filet-O-Fish is extremely popular during Fridays during Lent, especially by Catholics!
I never heard of hot dog, pizza, or pasta at McDonald’s. I miss fried pie and Ronald Mc Donald’s box of cookies.
@Yellow rose same i have never heard and tried it hahaha
Everything that is lost in America is found in Philippines... Macdonald's has spaghetti here, shaker fries, fried apple pie, etc
Heck Philippines even inventec KFC's double down...
That jingle for the fish McBites is still stuck in my head to this day
Fruit and walnut salads were so good to me as a kid, I would ask my mom for it instead of fries sometimes.
In Singapore, we have the mcshaker fries as a promotion! One or two months ago was the longest promotion they had, I used to order it every week thinking it will be gone the next week! It usually comes everyone 1-3 months, the only seasoning they have is seaweed, which I love so I’m happy about it, can’t wait to try it again!
here in singapore, we still have shaker fries (but it's usually the limited edition type) and the fried apple pie.
I love the indian McD branch cuz, as a vegetarian, i have a lot of options
As a Singaporean I can confirm
Of these, the Fish Mcbites are the ones I really miss. They’re made from the same kind of fish as the filet-o-fish, which is still on the menu.
I was scared and got them one time as a why not and they were the best thing I had ever ordered from a McDonald's not gonna lie. Sad they're gone
Here in Taiwan we have corn soup, fried apple pie, salad and even fried taro pie!! In some special days they'll have fried taro pie and other items is always available in the normal days. Hope y'll can come and try them some day
In Singapore we have still have shaker fries but they come like once every three months
Fried apple pie is still available in Malaysia, didn't know baked apple pie is a thing in McD😂 also Shaker fries, I not sure if it's permanent now or still selling it seasonally every year (like 1-2 months each year).
Yes, the fried apple pie is still available
Its also in Ireland
Good video I miss the Mc Wraps they were really good then they stopped selling them.
If you want fried apple pies from McDonald's you have to go to Hawaii that's the only state that still fries their apple pie until this day.
this is not true lol
The Downey,Ca location has deep fried apple pies.
Or just get a copy cat recipe and make them...I did and they were really yummy 😋
We have them in Australia
Nah im from austria, we ONLY have the fried version
The salad shakers were pretty nice, they made getting everything covered in dressing, and eating salad in the car, an easy thing. They should have expanded that menu with more varieties and dressing flavors instead of just giving up on them.
Great job BABBLE 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
@germanywho Thank you so much for the support. Keep safe always and don't forget to like and subscribe 😄
Super crazy 😜
I think when it comes to the frys they should always have that option with the seasoning
7:45 In Hawaii we have fried pies. It was like a slap in the face when I went to the main land and got a baked pie. So gross compared to the fries pies.
Many other counties have the fried pie still as well.
Interestingly enough, I was surprised when I just moved to Czech republic recently, they did have shaker fries in the mcdonalds menu, was confused as to what it was as i have never heard about it before.
@Nikita Tkachov Dude definitely try it out! Really amazing you are lucky 😂
Fun fact: Shake Shake fries are actually available in Singapore as a periodic menu item, in fact there’s a Shake Shake fries promotion for Seaweed fries happening as of the time of me writing this statement.
I’ve tried them before, and it’s delicious but pretty salty, so make sure you have some drinks on hand before you try it
Same goes to Hong Kong, they tried making Apple Pie flavour powder which tasted weird and cheese flavour which was glorious
"10 real reasons"
Doesn't give a reason why they removed flavor fries...
@Alexei Utgoff well just last april mcdonalds removed large fries in the Philippines because of ‘global freight crisis’ 😔
The fruit and walnut salad was good af! I used to get it all the time
@DesxM They were okay for me, but glad you enjoyed it 😬
Come to Hong Kong for the Shakin' flavor fries. However, please note it's being served as a special item during themed promotions. We can still enjoy this item from time to time.
McDonald's in Florida, still serve the pizza. Pretty sure.
@Michael Fritz I hope they still serve it to other part f the word, I would like to try some 😔
I want the Patty Melt they made back in the day.
@Jamie Baynes that actually sounds tasty, i want to try it, hope they are still available though... 🤔
I haven't been back since they discontinued the grilled chicken sandwich and wraps. I don't see myself going back anytime soon either
The salad shaker brings back some memories, saw those things like 15+ years ago when MacDonald's still had 90's/00's dance/trance music in their playlists.
I remember I've ate a shake shake fries a few times as a kid and with my family in a mall. Damn McDonalds, why did you remove that? It's kinda good and why removing them? Also it exists in Philippines.
We had the McCountry around 20 years ago in Austria. It was delicious but after a couple years it got discontinued. We had a short revival a few years ago - but different recipe and form, with the same name. Wasn't very popular. I still miss it
In Hong Kong, we have shake fries (renamed to shake-shake fries) and the fried apple pie. The shake fries comes with 4 or 5 base seasonings while on some special occasion there would release a time exclusive seasoning pack.
SSF I believe are still being served in Asia, they are still on the menu here in the Philippines.
All of the flavors I know are cheese, barbeque and honey butter.
We ( some of us ) have NOT forgotten the OG apple pie ! it WAS great ...WAY better than todays version. I still buy them , but often shake by head , just remembering how much BETTER they used to be. Also , the price was just bumped up by 1/3 , without anything more comin up , improved , or better , bigger .... nah , S.O.S. .... order IN if you want it hot too.
yes! my late grandma used to always get these apple pies for me and my siblings when we were little, it’s just not the same and if i miss her i can’t get them anymore :(
We still have shaker fries in Czech Republic as a seasonal option in our cheese season (they come with cheese pouder), and we still have fried apple pies and fried season option of pies such as blueberry pie, cherry pie, chocolate&salt caramel pie and more
We actually have the shaker fries in Singapore for quite a while now, although its only flavour is seaweed as its usually a combo with the Samurai Burger.
McDonald’s had some good ideas , but you still have people thinking that it’s only burgers and fries.a company have’s to do what it takes to make it.
McD in the UK served 2 individual pizzas pepperoni or cheese. They were very popular. Nowadays all the items are cooked fresh so there is a wait time for your order anyway. People in the UK were willing to wait for the pizzas.
Still have shake shake fries 'round here, Hong Kong. Still popular as ever. They come attached when you order an extra large meal set. Flavours, those come and go. At some point they have salt & pepper, black truffles, kimchi, even Thai style citrus and a flavour called "chargrill" (referring to the Hong Kong speciality, barbecue meat, for example char siu)
Seaweed and honey BBQ flavours are the regulars. And maybe cheese too?
I remember the McPizza! The McPizza was extremely good!
@Mike Wrasman Haven't tried it. Hope they find a way to bring them back to the menu 😔
🤢🤮
I actually loved the walnut salad! The yogurt was so yum!
In Croatia we still have the fried apple pies, and they are absolutely delicious and I’m happy that they didn’t take it off the menu because it’s my favorite McDonald’s dessert
Okay but I would actually prefer a mcsalad shake over regular salad, not because it’s more convenient but because the shaking it makes it seem a lot more fun
I legit miss their breakfast bagel sandwiches
1:39 i absolutely loved those! Its so sad they dont sell them any more, atleast where i live.
Here in McDonalds Philippines we still have shake shake fries and its very popular here! but the flavors are different, we have cheese and bbq flavors!
Mcdonalds here in the Philippines still serves Shake Shake Fries, McSpaghetti, and BFF fries which is basically a bucket of fries but in a really really wide fries container.
Here in the Philippines we still have the Shaker fries. Its called SHAKE SHAKE FRIES. from bbq to cheese flavor. We can also choose either regular fries, meduim, large and we have BFF FRIES. its a combined 2 large fries container.

That moment when you get a BK ad on the video
I have to be honest with you guys.... here in the Philippines.... I really miss the McShake Fries.... especially the special BBQ flavor here.... 😭😭😭😭😭 Bring it back.....
Imagine if McDonald's release all the items mentioned in this video for one day only
They’ll have lines going through intersections then lol
Fun fact:in the Philippines The fry shaker is actually in McDonald’s
this video title should change to: menus that have been taken off the US menu and limited to certain regions now
In hong kong there are shake shake fries, and they have lots of seasonings (they sometimes remove it from the menu)
The shaken fries served in HK are with flavour packs like Japanese seaweed, honey mustard and honey bbq
“Shakin' Flavor Fries” are still available in Hong Kong, they have barbecue honey, seaweed and one other flavor which I can't remember for the life of me. It's now called “shake shake fries” tho...
They just served shake fries at our local Mcdonalds recently
Idk about other cities/country but in Hong Kong there’s still the shaker fries it still have so many flavors like honey, bbq, seaweed and ehh lobster bisque
I’m from Hong Kong and the shake shake fries are still on their menu. I didn’t know that they were discontinued in other places across the globe.

We still have shake shake fries here in the Philippines, but on April there will be a new exclusive powder for shake shake fries called "Nori"

@Mysticlover Fairy While Shake Shake Fries may not be available at all fast-food establishments anymore, there may still be some places or regional variations that offer similar seasoned fries. ❤️❤️
