When some of my cousins would stay overnight, my mom would order a Bigfoot for us. We'd spend all night eating pizza and arguing about Monopoly rules. I got the NES game really soon for some reason, it cut down on the arguing, but we still got that Bigfoot pizza.

They still make the Chalupa supreme. I had one yesterday. What they DON'T still make is the "Baja Beef Chalupa Supreme." Which is too bad really because that was my go-to. Oddly, they DO sell "Baja sauce" in the grocery store under the Taco Bell brand. Unsurprisingly, it tastes nothing like the original sauce.

I miss the McDonald's Big n' Tasty! It was the best burger they ever had. Remember Wendy's pitas? My dad loved the Greek one.
Arby's has the Pita it is actually a Gyro "Euro is how to say it" remember when they were first out the trash talk people from Greece and Bulgria were offended their nation iconic food item was copied and slapped with the name pita. I remember hearing it from Greek business owners on the local news and national..

The McDLT was really good! I loved it as a kid. They could have just changed the material of the packaging!
I was working at Pizza Hut when Bigfoot came out. A little inside baseball look, it was designed to go up against Little Ceasars Pizza Pizza. It was basically two medium pizzas, with the toppings of a large. It at first used a whole milk mozzarella for the top cheese, but was later dropped. It was simply a bargain pizza that was designed to be cheap.
Big Foot was a classic, I used to cut grass and invite friends just to eat one together
No because the Taco Bell chalupa and the grilled stuft was so good 😭 I was surprised when some people said they didn’t like it

The Chicken enchilada grilled stuffed burrito was God tier, once in a great while they bring it back for a limited time
Dunno if it's the same as the Chicken Whopper, but I really miss BK's Chicken Burger. Ground chicken is great, especially when seasoned right. And I truly enjoyed their take on it. The other thing that I miss from BK is their hot dogs. Delicious and economical. At their best you could get 2 dogs, fries and a drink for under $5.

@@BabbleTop Point taken. I will say that, in my defense, I'm getting to the age when lots of people get kinda set in their ways. I'm seeking out old media lately, stuff I loved in decades gone by. I sometimes look for that with food and drink also. But so much stuff has changed. Best example: whole milk. It tastes so flippin' watery, it's what I remember 2% tasting like. The blue moon that I even get milk anymore, I now resort to half and half. It's never a huge amount. A pint once or twice a month (can't process dairy, except Ben and Jerry's).
Those were my favorite BK items EVER! Every night before my graveyard shift i bought 2 for 1 and ate them in my car. So good!!
I really miss the McDLT. I would definitely buy it to this day even in a cardboard instead of styrofoam container. Besides KFC hot wings I would like to see them bring back onion nuggets.

That's crazy I remember the Bigfoot Pizza here in Washington state when that came out I remember my dad getting it for all of us it was me my two brothers and my dad living together and we didn't have much but when you got a little bit of money from the VA because you was a Vietnam veteran we got that pizza for us and it was like a special occasion.

Never heard of that, I bet; Dutch chain VERHAGE (mostly just around Rotterdam) had them. At some point they switched to a different kind of bread 😮💨 and a few years later they discontinued the product.
Still, the original *pio,* I miss it. A flattish sizeable bun, some tomato-y sauce, raw onion rings, cervelat and cheese. Served warm, not too hot; just perfect for lunch.
I used to always order the McDonald's McDLT"s. The burger didnt get soggy.
My mom took over my uncle’s place and, there was a meat manufacturing shop in our hometown that made the exact burgers where she brought her meat out of and, they made the exact beef patties McDonalds did, note to self people were making them yrs before McDonald’s did! Aka/ I am sure you can buy them still in stores where you can make them yourself………………JTM Meats!

@BabbleTop definitely for sure! I still watch a lot of old Wendy's commercials on CZcams that feature the late great Dave Thomas. There were so many tasty limited time burgers and sandwiches he advertised that I never got to try, sadly. The reason was that I was a kid at the time a lot of these items were out. My taste buds weren't as sophisticated back then as they are now!
I had a coworker grab lunch one day. He went to kfc i was like get me 2 blt twisters……he called me and the lady said sir we havnt had twisters in 20 years. I was crushed and felt old af 😂😂

I around 2010 when Burger King had sweet potato fries,a turkey burger and the predecessor to the Impossible Whopper a veggie burger.

I loved the KFC wings and the McDonalds's ones were good as well.
I worked at Pizza Hut in 1995 and the Bigfoot was a pain to cut outta the oven but worse was slowly sliding it into that thin paper bag. We’d place 6 tent holders on the pizza and slide into the long bag. But otherwise it was a good pizza to eat in house.

Not sure every Taco Bell has gotten rid of the fiesta potatoes unless this is an extremely recent thing. My hubby gets them all the time in his $6 box. Now they did stop putting the green onions in them after a recall many years ago. 🤷🏼♀️
I've definitely ordered cheesy fiesta potatoes less than a year ago. They haven't shown it on the menu for a while, but at least 2/2 places still rung it up somehow.

My mom was selling the Identical McDLT Burger several yrs before McD’s ever thought of them. So, mom was also making them for us at home. The meat manufacturer of these burger patties have a store in my hometown of Harrison, OH and, I am pretty sure that you might be able to buy these beef patties, which they sell their meat products also in grocery stores……………. Let's see: I miss...The Big n Tasty(McD), KFC Snackers, Mighty Wings(McD), Salad Shakers (McD), The Big New Yorker (PH), Wendy's Steakhouse Burger, the original Big Bacon Classic from Wendy's w/ the orginal thinner patties, the original fries from BK before they changed them...etc. Didn't Little Caesar's have Pizza by the Foot?

What about Pizza Hut's cheesy bite pizza and those delicious Hershey's Dunkers, some of us still miss those items.
Taco Bell “ meximelt” was the best along with Burger Kings “Burger buddies” were the best don’t forget Jack n box’s “Pizza pocket”
In more recent years ,McDonald's was selling mighty wings. They were 10 for 5 bucks for like 4 months and then gone. They were really really good too.what happened.
That burger McDonald’s had for one of the Batman flicks in the ‘90s; the one with the hoagie bun, triple patties, and extra cheese and such. Best burgers from there in my opinion. Their Mighty Wings were also good and underrated.
The burger was 1.09 in Michigan back in 1997.
And when McDonalds first released the Quarter Pounder when it was actually still all beef, that actually was a damn good burger vs burger then what is now is 100% different children reading this, imagine that paradigm because it is true.
KFC’s original Chicken Littles, Wendy’s original Big Bacon Classic, Jack in the Box’s Bacon Bacon Cheeseburger, Pizza Hut’s original P’Zone, Little Cesar’s Baby Pan Pan…I’m sure there’s more but let’s start with bringing those back

At the same time Pizza Hut rolled out the Bigfoot pizza, they also rolled out (at least in the Philadelphia Market) The Neopolitan Pizza. Which used the same dough as the Bigfoot, but was an XL round Pizza cut into 8 slices. It was the best pizza Pizza Hut ever made IMO. Very NY style, but came before The Big New Yorker. I really wish they'd bring back the Neopolitan Pizza, but it was labor intensive, so I know that won't happen (without it ruining the product).

My God, I AM old. I've consumed every one of the items on this list at one time or another. The Big Foot Pizza was great, so was the Chalupa Supreme. And actually, the Mc DLT wasn't bad, either!!
I just know that if Pizza Hut brought back the Bigfoot pizza it wouldn't taste anything like it used to. I wish I had a time machine.
Pretty sure Taco Bell has always had the Fiesta Potatoes where I live. Not sure they ever went away...
