Bike looks great man. I have the same exact bike, just not painted/wrapped yet. Quick question, what is extending off the top of your controller box? Like an extra mud flap? Behind front mud flap. Does it help deflect well? Also, have you messed with your display/speed at all? I've yet to find any videos with our display in them. Thanks for any info and the bike does look freaking awesome man!
It's like a ram air cooling vent. A lot of hills here and the controller was getting hot and shutting down (mountain trails) it helps a lot! I made it out of a 1 inch flat vacuum cleaner attachment. Has a metal screen inside of it to keep the crap out of it and I used apoxy putty to glue it in on both sides of the box. Just chew up the plastic with 80grit sand paper on the areas that are going to be glued, Does not over heat anymore! I have a vid on my channel of all the factory setting for this bike. I messed mine all up and got the settings from Keteles and posted them. As far as that goes I'm keeping it stock The mud flap I made works like a champ, really nothing hits the controller anymore....
