On paper? Not even. This past season was great illustration of just how much effect the OC, DC & play-calling have on games.
& now they hired Kellen Moore, the guy who had a QB in the MVP discussion lead the league in INTs & did worse for Justin Herbert than the previous inept OC. In one season he proved himself worse than Joe Lombardi & Mike McCarthy. _Ha!_
