Good correction, the reason I said it in this video is because in most cases I have the XS max in low power mode so 30hz is what I'm using to seeing 😂 thanks Josh!
for remote play you need a wifi connection but I think on your phone you can put the option to use your mobile data , and your console needs to be on rest mode to be able to turn on remotely
Which one is the best for me? I have an iPhone 14 Plus. Should i get the lighting one or the 2nd generation one? I’m going on a plane & then a cruise but want to have something to play with while on the plane. Anybody know what’s best for me?
1st Gen is what I use for my iPhone XS max and 13 pro max. If you don't mind removing cases to put your phone in the backbone then save some money and get the 1st gen. 2nd gen is great if you don't want to worry about cases. Also I'd recommend grabbing a free subscription of apple arcade for offline gaming! Hope this helps Derk🫡🔥🎮

No problem! Yup I’ve seen people use this on the plane to connect to their PS5 via remote play! I personally prefer the portal (when I’m able to connect to stable wifi connections) to experience the vibration and haptic triggers. But If I don’t have my portal, the backbone is clutch
Until a built in browser to log into verification-enabled wifi connections abroad, I would highly advise to stay away from the portal unless your only intent is to use it at your own wifi
I’m sure Sony is working on a browser feature. Hence the reason it has an android operating system. I actually enjoy the portal more due to the fact it feels more comfortable in the hand. Comparison coming soon.

You can not charge your phone while playing it! That type c port is if you want to use the controller for your laptop you just need the double sided cord everybody gets the misconception that it charges your phone while you're playing and it doesn't
I want to play 2k online with my homies back home and online matches. If I buy one and have my friend connect the back bone to his dads ps5 then gave him ship the backbone to be in WA would I be able to still play online. Pls help
Could be that your Internet signal isnt strong enough or MOST LIKELY that the new ios 17.3 update broke something with the IP address. I was able to connect prior to the update. Hopefully they fix it soon! For now use wifi networks

iPhone XS Max is 60hz not 30hz, Good review tho! i just got my own, enjoyed using it so far while at work with PS5 Remote Play

What if I have unlimited data on my phone, would it still work outside home playing my ps5 games ? AND! Can your ps5 be on Rest mode ?

Sadly not it's the correct aspect ratio for this screen size so things won't get cut off (if stretched)

Not necessarily, you can play iPhone mobile games on the back bone as well! But if you want to play PS5/ PS4 Games then yes.

Not recomended backbone. I just buy december 2023 then january got problems L2, DOWN BUTTON,,, SCREAN RECORDING
Man I had mine for like 2 years.. Never had any issues. I'd recommend you never eat anything greasy and touch the buttons.

@decaturslimm I'd prefer you have a strong 5g connection to get the best performance! You can definitely play all PS5 games easily.
