As a lactose intolerant person…. I would’ve ate that whole thing in one sitting 😭
I had to go vegan for years ago because of health reasons I mean through a lot of experimentation I’ve learned that we can’t replace cheese but there are a couple of vegan cheeses that are tolerable I mean don’t expect them to feel and taste like cheese but if you get the ones that are cashew or almond paste it’s tolerable that’s the best I can say about them

Hi, I was wondering what kind of cheese you used? Also, I loved cheese before I became vegan n now I only like violife cream cheese, I'm scared to try others cuz the ones I have I didn't like, didn't melt, or melted n was really unappetizing. Deve ser uma delícia !
This might be blasphemous to my Greek friends out there, but is there a good substitute for the ground beef for this recipe? I don’t eat meat but I really want to try this dish out, and the wine sauce seems too good to just leave out! ❤
Maybe try with mushrooms?
Cut Mushrooms, eggplant and dry tomato in small peaces, fry it and ad red wine and tomatopuree.

How do you stay so slim eating all that food?
Don't ask this. Slim =/ ideal or healthy. She works out yes. But not only saying she's eating a lot is rude, but it doesn't mean your not gonna be slim. Which not being slim isn't a bad thing. And your making it out to be.
