Sis... if you cook it separately, you would taste it more. You don’t want all the pasta water in your pan... plus you can season it differently which would be great for layers or flavor..

I never got these viral recipes. Why bake the cheese in the middle and the sauce over that instead of evenly disbursement first? Does it change the outcome of the dish for the better?? S/N: one of these days I plan to try your French onion recipe. Looks delish.

Per carità ognuno fa ciò che vuole,ma spacciare queste porcherie unte e bisunte come cibo italiano NO. Questa fa tanto la figa,scommetto che non sa fare nemmeno 2 spaghetti al pomodoro veloce veloce 😅
