As a mom this song inspires me to be the best I can be because I want my son to sing me this song some day.
My aunt passed away last month. And her sons persistently played this during her wake. I lost count of the mantra, but it never loses its potency... Everytime it's like a ton of bricks upon your chest. The verses are so universal I never get tired of it... Even after the funeral when softly this song comes out of the window of her orphaned children, at 3 AM, hoping sleep would come.
This SB19 anthem pull the heartstrings of every one who listens to it, regardless of nationality. It simply depicts that parental love for their children is universal and so is the love of the children who recognizes their parents sacrifices and efforts to give them a fighting chance in this world. I've heard the song a hundred times but always, I would shed a tear in the corners of my eyes. It made me missed my father who passed away in 1999. And now I cherish my mom more than ever since then. Now that she's 86. So guys, love your parents. Show your gratitude to them. Honor them in the best way you can

As a parent it is our happiness that our child chooses the right path, reassuring us that they are going to be fine and that they will be able to face all the hardship life has to offer is something else.

I miss my parents, My father died when I was 13 yrs old and my mother died when I was 21 years old. Hardest part of my life, If your mom or dad both still alive you're so lucky or blessed.

This song really made everyone cry! 1st time I heard this song was when I missed my parents who died one yr. in a row. I did cried a bucket missing my parents big time!!! Even until now every time I listen to this music still made me cry:( I loved SB19 music it's because their music can touch everyone's heart, we ATIN can relate what it's like missing our parents.
