I learned backflip in under a week and front in about 3 weeks
the sideflip broke me

@@captainable6893 same for me backflips are pretty easy, fronts pretty hard due to the heavy landing and stopping before the flip but side is pretty easy. I’m scared to do them now tho because I did it on concrete once but stuttered, landed on my head and got KO’d.

Interesting take. The way MJ did it, was different, though. He pushed off his front foot to slide his other foot backwards. Does not work well in sneakers because of the grip.
