- aaand here we are with another video in my 'the truth behind the glow up' series - this time on Kim Kardashian! I can't believe i've never done a video on Kim's transformation before. She was always stunning. and still is - but she has definitely had quite a few tweakments along the way to remain the epitome of the beauty standard. As far as i know, Kim denies having had filler or altering her appearance in any major way, but when you compare original pictures of Kim to more recent pictures, I think it's pretty obvious she has. I think when you're someone like Kim Kardashian, who is in SUCH a position of power and influence, it's good to be honest about what you've had done. To lie about such things just fuels the shame behind cosmetic treatments and it's not ideal for her followers to think that Kim is au naturelle - when it's more than likely she isn't. It just leads to more unrealistic beauty standards and negative self comparison.

Now shes just a fake wannabe carbon copy.. she looks like a robot... and what i hate the most is that her children who obviously dont have the same plastic face are going to grow up thinking they are imperfect and need to mutilate themselves the same...

Can’t imagine how stressful it would be to always be fighting against nature and worried about every detail of how you are perceived. And it’s only going to get harder as she ages. Can she ever just enjoy what is! Once the kardashians started this facade of perfection, they have to keep it up. Exhausting!

Kim is choosing to keep herself stuck in the toxic “brand” that she single handedly set. Her stubborn denial of physical modifications to her *obviously* changing appearance, time and time again, is just so absurd it may qualify as gaslighting. (Anyone else feel crazy sometimes when celebs deny such obvious modifications?!) Perhaps most ludicrous of all, though, is that the denials largely seem successful. Thanks for calling out the obvious truth, Stephanie…it’s reassuring (and grounding) to hear. 💛

I loved the part about Kim’s ancestry. When I was younger I used to hate my smile because my upper lip goes pretty high up so you can see my gums a little bit and it kind of makes a round heart shape. I always wanted to change it and get filler until people told me that my smile looks exactly like my mom’s and grandma’s - which is absolutely true! And now I’ve really grown to love it!! ☺️
This is how I felt about my nose growing up I hated how big I though it looked but it's a combo of both my parents so I love it now.
Forgot to mention the dimple in their chin, which I have. We got that from my dad! Yes Grandpa is so proud that his dimple chin got passed down to his grand babies. I'm an only child, so it really tickles him. I bet your family smile is beautiful!

It’s what makes us all unique ☺️ I have my mums blue eye colour and eye shape (which is pretty round), and everyone says I have inherited one of my parental my great grandmas naturally long eyelashes. I also think I have my dads face shape - oval(ish), pretty good cheekbones (not very prominent and hollow, but nicely shaped), and a very similar jawline.
I watched a recent video of her speaking and she is amazing in that she can speak without any facial expressions. 🤦🏼♀️
She denies filler because it is not filler, they are more permanent things: cheek implants, surgery to lift the corners of her mouth, and so on.

I went to a cosmetic surgeon in my 20s who told me I needed a boob job because they were a little bit droopy. What a total scumbag, I'm now 20 years older and have children who I breastfed for a total of 5 years and they're actually still not droopy thankfully. They'll tell you anything.
Every now and again I look at myself and at them and wonder why I can't be "skinny enough" or "pretty enough". Then I watch your videos about things like this or loving yourself. I love these videos! Thanks for making me (as well as a lot who watch your video) feel better about myself!

it's quite sneaky that she enhanced and changed her face little by little and you can only really see the difference when you compare really old pictures to the newest ones
This might help you out deciding whether it’s implants or filler: filler has a soft appearance and silicon cheek implants have a harder/more model-esque appearance. I don’t think any of the kardashians got filler in their cheeks, pretty sure it’s implants

I think most celebrities did this more or less at the same time: started out with cheek filler, started getting “fat faces” as it moved around, then dissolved the filler and got implants
I think they do fat transplants everywhere which aren't permanent. They keep inflating/deflating. Cause their pics and videos are filtered, they pay paparazzi for staged pics. When you see their rare canon pics they do not have that dramatic surgery look that makes them unrecognisable and botched.

Specific words were used in response to questions on using filler(not specific on filler or her own body fat)so when she said she don't use filler she wasn't talking about her own body fat

She was prettiest about 6 or 7 years ago. I truly feel sorry for her. Someone once pointed out that she's undergone and continues to undergo so much surgery, her body is constant fighting potential infection and trying to heal. That is just exhausting and sad to think about.

Girl after 21 she started looking like jafar the lump on her nose got bigger and her bottom lip was dragging. 22 yrs old an on that's when she started. And in 2000 Kim had no @$$ there's plenty of pics and she even copied Paris Hilton's way or talking. Kim and that whole family are false advertisement they look nothing in real life like their photos.
It‘s amazing that watching this video now after her slimming down so quickly makes the information and the idea of how Kim sees her own worth given here even more impactful. Thank you!

I had a very subtle nose job several years ago and no one knows. I kept the same shape just made it not stick out so much.

I remember seeing her for the first time, which is so weird, but she was SO pretty. It was on People's website. It was a piece about Paris Hilton but turned into a piece about "her friend". She didn't need to change a thing. I'd never seen such a beautiful woman. She looked like Jasmine. It's so stupid that these beautiful women are changing themselves.
Your videos NEVER end up being what I think they’re gonna be. I thought this video would be bashing Kim the whole time but in a “sweet” way-but you genuinely made me so proud. Somehow you managed to make a video even Kim herself would feel good about while also lifting up women in general. You hit the nail on the head when you touch on the reason she’s getting work done-us!! We are the reason! People always talk about how she has affected the way other women tweak themselves without realizing we are the reason Kim tweaks HERSELF to begin with. She does it to stay on top, because god forbid she start developing wrinkles-we all know she’d no longer be “the queen” and we would replace her in a second with someone who CAN somehow manage to look plastic and perfect all the time. WE are the ones demanding perfection! Kim is simply abiding us. It’s sad but let’s face it, apparently that’s how superficial we all are. Funny thing is, we’re all chasing our own tails trying to look perfect until we become worm food when in reality, none of us can achieve it, yet we think less of anyone who admits it and dares to age gracefully.
When your job is to look pretty for a camera i think its understandable to get work done to keep appearances and improve it. I think the problem is educating people better and understanding the luxury it is to be able to do so.
it shouldnt be a priority in life to have surgery but if you sell your appearence for your job, it makes 100% sense.
I worry about their kids. What an example! Not! I blame the media for this and she brought all of this on her own- she now meds to keep up the appearance. The mom is a real piece of work also. Who knows the long term effects of all of her surgeries and dieting. Thank you for this video.

Am I the only one obsessed with young Kim?! She used to be sooo pretty 😍 Her whole face was gorgeous but especially her smile and eyes. And that smile with that nose were to die for! Just a lil thing about noses.. as someone who was so close to getting a nose job that I was on the operating table lol (that's a story for another day) I know that the bump on the bridge of your nose can come back after surgery. This a common phenomenon and probably not intentional in the case of Kim

I can't begin to imagine the pressure Kim, and other "brand name" women, to look forever "young".
From the wonderful age of 30 to 32, KK will (probably) have, repeatedly, been told that she has now reached the point where maintaining her looks isn't enough - she has to surgically enhance/change them.

I really love Kim's original nose. I wish more celebrities would feel comfortable embracing their natural noses. Noses really speak of one's heritage which I think is really cool.
I can't believe you missed that she has ENTIRELY DIFFERENT TEETH, and a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT BITE. I think she shaved her upper teeth down a little as well. I noticed the second she did it, which I'd guess is 1-2 yrs ago. I noticed the top teeth are much shorter than they were, and again, her bite is completely different.

The extended philtrum was due to a nose job where a surgeon cut the muscles that cause the nose tip to point down when a person smiles. This resulted in a more upturned nose but a longer distance between her top lip and the tip of the nose. This was then remedied by a lip lift a year or two later. Hope this helps.

Yes !! My mom is becoming so insecure about her looks it's breaking my heart; and she is GORGEOUS!!!!
She is so beautiful and she knows it; but when she looks at her self aging and compares it to ;say kim which is her same age she feels like ****
And when she sees her "mother of five body "(which is still beautiful and curvy) and compares it with those people pretending not to have had surgery, she feels frustrated.
