Nigerians Warned 148 LGAs Across 31 States Are At High Risk Of Flooding

The Federal Government has raised a red alert concerning at least 10 states and 21 others that would battle flooding and associated problems.
During a press briefing in Abuja, the Minister of Water Resources and Sanitation, Professor Joseph Utsev issued the alert.
He explained that the annual flood outlook released in April revealed that no less than 148 Local Government Areas across 31 states fell within the high flood-risk areas.
