    "“If I made $400 grand a year, I would be embarrassed with myself as a husband, a father, basically as a human being,” Cardone said in a video on his CZcams channel.
    “$400 grand. How do you make sense of $35,000/month? You guys haven’t done the math. You have not done the math because you cannot live on $400 grand a year.”
    The motivational speaker also points out that he can’t even live on $2.7 million a year because his plane “eats $2.7 million a year.”*

My great grandmother who was a widow with 4 children and made it through the depression by taking in borders into her little house, told me this my whole life “ get a house and get it paid for” “you can always scrounge up something to eat.” I bought my first little starter house at 22 years old. Fixed it up made 10,000 in 9 months. Rolled that over 3 more times. I’m now 67. My house is paid for. If you don’t have a home paid for by 65 you can never retire. Never. It's the lie about the American Dream. The inverse of "If you work hard you'll get rich" is "you won't get rich unless you work hard" (ie. poor people are lazy). And since everyone thinks they work hard, they think those millions are right around the corner.
      Then the ones who have made it lie and tell them it's all the other "lazy" people keeping them down. A sleight of hand that keeps the peasants fighting amongst themselves so that they don't notice they're being gouged.
      There's a strike in Canada where 155,000 federal government workers are on strike. Even the woman in charge of the treasury board is outright lying on TV, telling the masses that they make more than they do, and claiming they can't afford it, that they're asking for more than the country can give. Yet they just gave 13 billion to VW to build a plant here. And all the idiots are on message boards and comment sections, telling federal workers that they're terrible for wanting a raise in line with inflation, and praising a handout to a company that made 13 billion in profit last year. Prices have gone up, but it's the fault of those overpaid public servants with their "cadillac benefits" and definitely not the fault of the companies that made billion dollar profits.
      Our government doesn't pay enough to the rank and file to keep them housed in the capital city. Now they want to pull back work from home so that everyone has to move to the capital city. It's just a coincidence that the biggest lobbying group in Canada is real estate.
      This isn't going to stop until people stop being idiots. We're doomed.

Paid about half for a down payment. Now my house payment is about $1200 a month all included. The apartment that I rented before that in the cheapest complex in the city just shot up to $1700 a month and I kept NONE of that in equity. On top of that, I can rent out a room in my house if I like for HALF of what that renter would pay for an apartment, and then I'm paying a THIRD of what I would be if I rented, AND I own it. Yes, I have to pay for the repairs, but I can use that as an opportunity to make improvements which raise the house's value, and I can recoup that extra cost later if I sell.

    Someone needs to explain how any individual can actually EARN millions every year? I call it wage theft...the workers producing that wealth are being robbed. Eat the Rich!

    • @chelseacraft4669
      @chelseacraft4669 Před rokem

      Or… Just stop giving the rich 90% of everything you earn. Stop doing business with the 1%. Support small business. Live within your means. Stop swimming in debt to live in a manner outside your class. If everyone would do these things, it would divest 50% of the wealth out of the 1% wealthy class who is hoarding 90% right now. You and everyone in the 99 percentile are scrapping and scraping over 10% of the wealth. Then you prefer to go to Olive Garden before you’ll go to mom and pops restaurant. You go to Home Depot before you use the local hardware store. You support deliberate obsolescence by buying disposable goods, like printers that you refuse to change the ink & throw away when it runs out of ink, and just buy a new printer. You refused to support local farmers and farmers markets everywhere are closing up. These farmers are selling their land to the rich who own most of the arable land in the agriculture industry. You support Monsanto killing everyone else’s crops, but their own GMO crops. You think you have problems right now?! Just wait until you realize that only 1% of all humanity on the planet is going to have enough food very soon because food simply can’t grow anymore because they’re spraying shit all over the world that targets all plants, except for their GMO plants. And guess what? You gave them 90% of your wages your entire life to starve you to death slowly . In fact, you demand to give the rich 90% of your money. You prefer to give the rich 90% of your money. you will choose to give the rich your money every single day, and you will shun small people like yourself. You refuse to help your neighbor. You don’t even know your neighbors names. You don’t go over to your neighbor and entertain yourselves with social activities. You demand to go to concerts, events, theaters… any entertainment that rich people provide you an order to give them your money to keep you occupied. You prefer sitting around, giving your money to the rich in your house, then to go out and have a social life with the people in your own class. And when you do finally socialize with people in your own class, you all gather at one percent wealthy person’s establishment, and collectively give the rich all your freaking money! Let’s face it… You hate poor people. You physically show it by refusing to have anything to do with them whatsoever in favor of giving all your money to the rich in order to pretend like you are rich too. Americans are terrified about how things appear on the outside. You want to look like you are rich. You can’t drive a car that has a dent. You can’t wear the same thing twice. Even women living in trailer parks are spending $2000 on designer purses & shoes to pretend like they are rich ladies. You can’t take your vacation going to see grandma in Kansas by car. No way! It doesn’t matter. She’s gonna die soon, and only saw her grandkids a handful of times. You’re taking the kids to Disneyland or Cancun or any place that will give all your money to the rich. And you can’t stop going going going… Burning up all that gas to give money to the rich. Because you might explode if you have to sit in your house for one full day. You pay outrageous prices for your housing and then you refused to live there. You’re never home. All you do is sleep there. You’re so busy giving money to the rich it has become an obsession and you’re manic to get out of the house so you can go to give more money to the rich. You don’t have time for neighbors and community. You don’t have time to grow your own food or repair your own car. You gotta go give your money to the rich. And when it comes to representing you in government… Well, of course! It has to be a rich person. Because they know your life so well, right? Only a rich person could properly represent you in government, right?! And as we all know, the only people who are superior are the wealthy. I mean having all that money as proof that they are superior, because money is the only thing that means anything to you. Anyone who is not rich is inferior and so their opinion and statements are meaningless. I mean, Elon musk… Another stable, genius right there. You shouldn’t be listening to me… You should be listening to Elon rant about “AI’s going to take over the world… and be afraid… And give me all your money because I’m rich… And if I had one wish with all this money, I would get off of the planet because I hate it here on earth with all of you little peon humans who are not as rich as me”. Oh, such brilliant, genius narratives that keep you sitting on the edge of your seat moment by moment! Clearly, I’m just a complete idiot that doesn’t know a freaking thing that I’m talking about. Now hurry up and go give all your money to the rich…. They are waiting.

He's basically saying that all the people who keep him alive are losers. That way of thinking is just insane. People like this aren't winners, they're ungrateful losers. They're addicts craving their next high, just like any other addict - and for some reason, because their drug of choice is money instead of meth, we honor their behavior instead of reviling it like we should.
    I really wish that we had a preserve for people who think like this - like they've made it all on their own - a wilderness area where they would be dropped off with nothing made by human hands other than their own (which for most people would be absolutely nothing). If you're still alive in a month, we'll come pick you up, and hopefully you'll have realized how much the work of others contributes to your own existence.
