    You give away more knowledge for free than can be gotten from some others for a lot of money. I respect that a great deal and it speaks to your character. Someone who takes the time and the interest in passing along hard earned knowledge simply for the sake of helping others improve is often hard to find. Thank you.     Thanks AgaIn, George, for a detailed loom at pattern creation. Templates are nice, but it's better to be able to create any style of sheath, to suit yourself or a client's taste. You're method allows that while still insuring a safe, reliable item!

    Fine sandpaper wrapped around a straw, pencil, screwdriver etc will help bevel the inside corners before slicking them.

      Yes this is used primarily in holster design but works great for these boxy folders and various caliber magazines I appreciate you watching and leaving such kind words. I thank you

      @@viktorgeorge9144 I am positive it will help ! I ordered me a set of those templates as well. Nice to have a good collection of those for all kinds of things, plus a big help when designing. I have been using standard cutout ones from Don, but need to be able to do my own as well.

    Another great video Viktor. What size is that slot edger you are using? I found out that Barry King sells them, sizes 1 to 4. I’m thinking maybe a #2?

    So I know you eyeballed the cant angle but how would you go about measuring it for different lays? Is it the angle from the top of 1 belt loop to the other?

      That is correct Or draw a straight line thru the slots on your pattern as well as drawing a 90 degree horizontal baseline The angle between those two lines is your cant Hope that makes sense

    I have always wondered why in this design the belts slots are not tilted in the direction of the belt line

      Thanks Sorry for the late response but once the belt is weaved thru the slots, like in this build, the belt and slots align I probably should have shown in more detail the pancake sheath on the belt. Thank you

    Where can I get one of those slot edgers? It's always tough with a regular edgers not chewing up the curve. Also great tutorial got a lot of good tips and ideas as usual 👌
