In 2014, Captain America discovered that Hydra infiltrated Shield and they were planning to bring their new world order with Project Insight.
Three Helicarriers are about to eliminate any threats to Hydra.
In the very last second, before 20 million people were killed, Steve Rogers inserted the chip that granted the heroes full control over the Helicarriers, thus stopping Hydra’s attack and saving millions.
But what if Steve was too late?
What if the winter soldier shot Steve just before he placed the chip?
What if Hydra commenced the attack, and eliminated all their threats, including the Avengers?
How different would this reality be if Hydra had won and the majority of the heroes were dead?
And could Hydra defeat Thanos?
This what if video isn’t going in the direction you’re thinking.
The age of Hydra is going to be really different, there are going to be Skrulls, Ultron is part of it, even Killmonger.
This alternate timeline will even have the Dark Avengers and some other major surprises.

Your amazing comic easter eggs like "Time Runs Out" at 2:01 and "New World Order" at 13:56 and you awesome theories just fuel these What If...? 's to a whole new level. Your past What If...? videos like the Wakanda one and the one where Avengers attack Thanos earlier were just awesome af. You just connect every possible thread ever! Even your general theory videos feel like entire What If...? episodes. It's just that these little shenanigans like Falcon not dying, Moon Knight joining out of the blue and Hela immadiately joining Hydra, do not seem to matter. The next part will be much awaited for. I also hoped there'd be a continuation to that Avengers one, with Loki assuming control at the last and unleashing Hela, but even if that is discontinued, I hope this video becomes the start of an Epic Series! Love your vdieos man!

I've been reading comics for nearly 60 years. I cant understand why Feige hasn't hired you! Your knowledge of the characters motivations and (more importantly) how you honor and stay true to the characters is truly inspiring, while the "What If...? and other postulated MCU possible futures or alternate endings are always insightful and entertaining. Keep It Up! Excelsior!

I can only imagine what if Hydra had won, the inserted their own "Dark Avengers", someone would have to eventually try to capture the soul stone (Because thanos is still gunna come to earth duh) and encounter the Red Skull. After some convincing they bring him back with them. But in a twist, the Red Skull doesn't want to adhere to his past life. Instead he rescues the real Avengers, who Hydra have imprisoned. Eventually they defeat them, but at great cost.
Now i think of it, this would make a great "What If" season.
