Coach Vaughn, can this be a good beginner routine to do for a time forward? What can I do as warm-up? Can I do this workout several days in a row or do you need a day of rest (Kettlebells) in between? Appreciate every help and advice. Thanks!
You can do this workout 2-3x a week. If you have energy - you can even add it in after your kettlebell workout.
Warm up wise, this is where Indian clubs (1-2lb light wooden clubs) are implemented because the focus is on speed and dexterity:

Sure thing 👍Ya, do the beginner Indian Club drills as a warm up and then do this clubbell workout as your main strength work.
