This is how one person can have a big effect. Without Ironmouse IDF would be just one of many medical organizations that Connor probably wouldn't think about on his own, usually. But now because of knowing Ironmouse he knows what exactly are they doing and how important it is, and now it is his personal focused decision to help them. And I know that lots of people were inspired to become donors because of Ironmouse too.
I never even knew the IDF was a thing until I started watching ironmouse

@@crazygamer_1082 Well immune deficiency is more broad and covers many types of Illnesses. OCD is more specific so the chances of a streamer to have it would be smaller. Also I think that there are streamers with ocd, it’s just that it isn’t as bad as what Ironmouse has since she literally cannot have a life, she’s bedridden stuck to a machine as if on life support and needs medical attention multiple times a week.

Lots of streamers do charity streams. I bet it feels nice to use your skills and time to directly help somebody who you know, while also helping countless others.
Because that's how much he cares for her and he has the ability to help her this much. During my depression days my best friend reached out to my mom behind my back and told her that she was willing to pay for a psychologist for me, I learned about it a couple of years later from my mom. And I would do the same and more for her.
Believe it or not there are friendships like that, where people would do the impossible to help those they care about
