his physique is incredible for 70 years old. Us city folk are not ageing the way humans are supposed to.
Well yeah.. Most people in the city live sedentary lives and as they get older they get lazier and sit around. My great grandparents passed away back in 2006 at 108 still living on their farm, maybe not working it as much but every day they did their chores aches or not.
It’s cause the processed foods we eat like McDonald’s burger Wendy’s etc and all the food in the supermarkets are gmos which is not good for us but the fda would say it is and the whole us would agree with them not question them for anything and that’s why we don’t age well cause of all the chemicals in the foods we eat

I'm a college student and stumbled on this video in the midst of the pandemic and stressful semester. I never comment on videos but man this guy seems so charismatic and this video brought me so much happiness and good vibes :)
that dread wash rinse was the most satisfying thing i have ever seen.
I must say this was the most fun I’ve had in years. I have never experienced such an exhilarating experience. The water was like so soothing and beautiful it was hard to leave. I jumped right in with All my hiking clothes and shoes before I put my swimsuit on....haha. Also if you are scared of bugs and stuff I got zero bites. I was not bothered by any insects on my hike. So peaceful and calming. I was actually so bored when I left after to go to a modern hotel. Ras and his family are so nice. Can’t wait to visit for longer. Bless up!!!

I hope this video inspires tourists to leave the perimeters of the 'all-inclusive hotels' and discover the warm people and beauty of the real Jamaica. The large hotels are quick to feed uncertainty and fear so that visitors spend all their money with the hotels, and their promotions.
