I was snorkeling in majorca, got one sea urchin spike in my big toe and was up all night for two nights with the pain...😵 Thought I'd pulled the spike out but the end was in deep and came out after a bit of self surgery about 3 months later!

I love watching Ras Kitchen. Mokka is just so cool and comfortable with himself - one note Matthew in this particular video, the translation from patois to English is wayyy off. The translation is off starting at 4 minutes into the video. He doesn’t say anything of what is being displayed. Please re-edit at 4:43 “everything man, really kick in” that’s not what he said, he said “ you can put it in anything.. everything man, if you are grilling chicken, yeah..” just helping. Keep on posting and I’ll keep on watching
