Moses Ali: My old age is a resource for Uganda

The First Deputy Prime Minister designate, Moses Ali, is a 77-year-old who believes his age is just a number when it comes to delivering services to the people. The retired army General told NTV that his critics are wrong to call for his retirement from the government.
