Wow, this is the greatest zbrush retopologizing tip i've been looking for sooooo long, coming from quad draw i miss that tool so much and is the by the far the most similiar tool that come closest to the quad draw tool and feature in maya, thank you so much and a million time for this

Great informative video, set my retopo brush as well as palette which also utilises some the dynamic palette buttons, projection, & simulation iterations. I usually use Transparency to visualize see the extruded edges, but the dynamic subdivision's thickness actually is a better trick, thanks :).. I just finished retopologising my first character completely in ZBrush and only used Maya for smoothing normals and scaling the character up.

Listen, it's better to work with Edge with extrude move, according to my feelings, and since retopology in Zbrush is just super, it's an opening for me! Thanks to the Author!
Слушайте, с Edge лучше работать с extrude move, по моим ощущениям, а так ретопология в Zbrush просто супер, для меня открытие! Спасибо Автору!

Is there a way to set an offest for the snap to surface option?

for some reason my Zbrush will not remember the "snap to surface" option

I am using the latest 2023.1 version. I tried the same thing and set the Points to "Snap to Surface". For some reason, the snapping doesn't work anymore. Did I just find a bug, or am I missing something substantial now? Thank you and keep rocking, cheers

Hi, thank you very much for such an informative video. Just a quick question, I am quite new with retopolgy and just want to know how did you complete the retopolgy of the shoe ( I mean shoeless part) I understood the body part, but how did you do it for the shoe less part. Thank you.
