Thank you for this video! We thought we were crazy! We have "misting" that is coming from the frame. The frameless door is beautiful. I did not want to remodel the master bathroom but my husband did. The remodel nearly cost us our marriage. So, he is in charge of drying off the shower each and every time. Since he sqeeguees the quartz he wipes up every surface now as well.

Almost same situation except that my shower is literally squared shaped and the people I don't who made it but just make the step even so the door won't even slide inside. I was looking add a shower frame but for custom dimensions I can only imagine it would cost a fortune.

This shower dam was made LEVEL, they should always slope at least 1/4 to 1/8 inch per ft into the shower pan (the side of your bubble should touch the line, not be centered to the lines). The entire problem was because the installer failed to do their job and did not understand water at all. All too much of this crap lately because so few are actually tradesmen.
Well said, Djea3. They did a terrible job on this shower stall. I frequently have to correct one problem or another on this poorly done installation.
We have almost same Bathroom same color tile but d glass door swing out instead . Same problem its leaking in d bottom . Thanks I'll order this rubber dam .

I've been dealing with this issue for a year now and have tried everything. Except my water comes out from the middle, where the glass door connects to the fixed glass pane. I've tried all sorts of sweeps and silicone caulking. If I tried something like yours, it would need to run the entire length of the bottom.
Hi, Pablo. I hear your frustration. I dealt with this for years and tried all the same stuff you did. My urethane dam is still holding up perfectly. If your door swings to the inside instead of out and you could put up with stepping over about 1/2 to 5/8 of an inch high urethane dam it might be worth it. It may be better than having water ruin your floor or cause a slip and fall. I'm sorry you are having to deal with this frustrating problem and hope you find a solution.

I have a very similar setup and door, however my problem is water coming out through the gap between the door and the wall. Would you mind sharing what kind of guard you have there?

?? Doesn't that prevents the door from opening
Good question, Randy. It doesn't stop it from opening but I point out in the video that the door will only open into the shower. I had to choose between a door that opened one way with a shower that didn't leak or a door that opened both ways that leaked like a sieve. For me, the dry floor was the better option and we don't mind opening the door to the inside.
