I've owned one since the launch and use it extensively. I strongly believe these are the best scooters available in Europe. Brakes are fantastic. Performance and hill climbing is impressive. I'm a large guy and find this perfect for me.
This scooter is excellent! Recently got mine in Canada and it exceeds my expectations!

We don't have an official seat accessory right now, but thanks for the feedback! 👍 In some areas, the seat add-on may not be legal though.

What's the difference between KQi3 Pro and this one?

How fast can this go on hills?
It can handle a hill grade up to 25%, but the speed is going to depend on rider weight, momentum, battery percentage, etc. There are a lot of factors that would affect the speed.
I bought a nice scooter, the problem I can't solve is with the application, why won't it let me Login? a message tells me: “cancelled”. I already restarted my phone, I already reinstalled, I already updated, what can I do, help me😔. thank you very much 😌

this company is a SCAM! I have ordered a Scooter last year in June (2021) with them on Indiegogo. They still have not delivered the Scooter, but the customer service (she is called Roselyn Pasco) tells me always, they will soon deliver it!
Do NOT buy with this company, as it could be, that you never receive the Scooter you bought!!!!
Their product quality is horrible. Bought a kqi2 and after a month the rear fender latch is broken. Requested repair for return and repair, they said they would send parts and instruction. Two weeks later parts arrive and the instruction is totally another product. After my insist of sending back and repair, they took my bike for a week without any status update. Dissappointing quality and horrible servise. My scooter is still not back and its now almost three weeks. Dont buy their products
