So street legal and off road version have same battery power and motor but legal have less speed? Can u unlock top speed on street legal ?

Dashboard on my bike quit turning on after only owning for 3 months customer service has been no help and I can’t buy a new one online so I just have had a useless bike sitting in my garage for the past 9 months

I purchased it more than 3 months ago on the official NIU web site and I'm still didn't receive it... I try to contact them in web site chat but 0 help... this is ridiculous.

I ordered KQi 300P for my elder son's Birthday and received it around April. The scooter rear tire was punctured and cut by broken glass and can not be repaired. The tire size is 10.5 x 2.5 and required to replace it. I CAN NOT buy it anywhere because of not available the size. Even NIU website don't have and not available. Almost about one month already and NIU did not respond my requests or concern. I'm considering buying a Segway for my younger son's incoming Birthday and no more NIU. NIU don't have any spare parts in supply and selling scooter upfront is not a business practice.

It is impossible to have a smooth ride with this scooter, the throttle acceleration is jerky and abrupt. A firmware update was released more than a month ago which improves on the throttle response by allowing to choose a “Chill” mode but it is so glitchy that I wouldn’t recommend installing it. I hope NIU can fix these issues sooner. It has been more than 2 months since this scooter was brought to market.

I have had a niu kqi3 pro for almost 2 years now. I have drove it hard, basically like a mountain bike and there have been no problems with it, other than it being very dirty. Keep it up NIU. 👍

How long to wait after a ride to start charging? How long should I wait to ride after charging is complete? Is my battery overheating? Is it too cold to ride? Is my battery about to fail? These questions can only be properly answered if users had access to BATTERY TEMPERATURE, Segway, Apollo, Inmotion and other scooters have that. Is NIU planning on giving users access to that important information with this App?

Germans are desperately waiting for their scooters to arrive. I've been told they will be here on March 26th. Someone else said April or even May. Website said March. Still no email about when it will be delivered 🥲 a lil update would be nice. I can't wait to skip public transport and drive to work with my scooter. 🛴

I could see this brand going far. Quality of the products are excellent.

I've owned one since the launch and use it extensively. I strongly believe these are the best scooters available in Europe. Brakes are fantastic. Performance and hill climbing is impressive. I'm a large guy and find this perfect for me.
