I'm currently 13 months postpartum and have not yet gotten my period back 🤔 I was exclusively breatfeeding but we have been slowly weaning. This is why I'm going to go see an obgyn. I've had 6 cycles of peaks, but no bbt rise.

What could cause low LH throughout your entire cycle but normal FSH?
You can also track progesterone by checking PDG level (progesterone in urine) day (7.8,9,10) after first positive ovulation test.
Or a serum progesterone blood test 7 days after peak lh test.
@@thomsonclan5878 the proov test is a test you do home with urine every morning almost same time and can check few days.because progesterone is not fixed it is produced in piques. So for the blood test depends when u do it and how many time.
Can you have a Lh surge and pdg rise on the same day?
can you ovulate without a rise in temp?

I had a EWCM on day 12 and a BBT peak gradual peak over 3 day (cd 11,12,13)...a gradual drop starting on cd 18....from cd 21 onwards a dip every otherday until my positive opk on cd 34 and second BBT peak (again gradual peak cd 35,36,37 & 38) periods on cd 41.....
Failed ovulation or two different ovulation???? Coz both times FF gave me a crosshair (until I dip below coverline)
I have hypothyroid !
Not to mention I did had EWCM again before my second peak...
Few months ago my doctor did progesterone test and confirmed that I'm ovulating...
Out of interest , I’ve read several stories , although rare , of one woman conceiving twins from different fathers a week apart. Is that just releasing two eggs in one ovulation ?
Ha, I thought you were going to talk about anovulatory cycles! I just recently had an only 19 day cycle (normally 28-30 days) and wondered if my body just pulled an instant reset on my cycle because ovulation didn't happen and it really wants to house another baby and not lose any more time...

Do you have a video explaining breakthrough bleeding? Sometimes I have light bleeding between periods usually around when I would have ovulated, but I don't get an LH surge/ovulation and bleed instead.

Hello :) I'm from India. I really hope you can either reply to my comment, or post a video considering my situation, as it will be very helpful. So I have a complicated situation. I have PCOS. In 2020 had an ectopic on my left side, so now we can only baby dance when the egg is to be released from the right to be safe side. We were to go for IUI this cycle. I was kept on fermara/letrozole from day 3 to 7 of my cycle, and I have a beautiful follicle. On day 11, at 18.9 mm follicle size, we took HCG trigger of 5000 iu for ovulation induction. However, I didn't ovulate, and on day 14 at follicle size 26.5, and no ovulation, my doctor decided to cancel IUI this cycle, and she said that a lot of times silent rupture happens that is not very clear on follicle scan as well, so better start trying naturally. However, I have been checking ovulation strips as well like crazies, no positive, just the fading trigger shot. So, I wish to know if it's possible to ovulate like on cycle day 18 or 21, and does this happen that even after the trigger you don't ovulate at all?

I was getting 2 surges a month. The first at cd 10 & at cd18. I am able to ov now, but now I'm suffering from short leuteal phase 😢
