  • Too little of hormones may be a problem for your fertility, but high estrogen can interfere with getting pregnant too for 2 main reasons. There are lots of physicial symptoms and chart signs that can give you an idea if you struggle with estrogen dominance. Also diagnoses like endometriosis, ovarian cysts, endometrial hyperplasia and fibroids may have started out with estrogen dominance. There is plenty you can do however to around your estrogen dominance symptoms naturally and restore hormone imbalance.

    It’s great news that you finally have a lil lovely on board. I kid you not that for a few weeks I have been fighting the urge to ask you about your own babies! The same thing happened to me about 3 yrs ago with one of my very good church friends, a secretary actually. I asked her how her boy(s) were doing bc in my head I thought she had two little boys. She thought it was funny bc she said yes, her hubby and her son. I said, what? I see two boys when I think of you and I believed all this time you had 2 kiddos! A week or two later she found out she was pregnant with her second son!

      Sounds like perhaps you had estrogen dominance for a while and now it's tapering off.. you could still have relative high estrogen but yes you could definitely have low. If you don't get any cervical mucus that can be a clue, or late or no ovulation.

    Loving your videos and can't wait to watch them all. I was wondering if you know anything about stress causing early ovulation. My cycle is usually 27 days long ovulating around day 13-15 but if I do strenuous exercise around the time of my ovulation it feels like I ovulate that day or the day after even if it's earlier than normal. For example, I did some sprints on CD12 and felt some cramping afterwards then my period was only 25 days this month. It seems weird that a small amount of stress could do this. I think I have a sensitive HPO axis though because I once lost my period for 4 years after losing a small amount of weight as a teenager. I hate having short cycles as I fear I'm going to have early menopause or something. Thank you for the info.

    My friend said she was ovulating 3 days after her period, and she got pregnant, she has 2 beautiful healthy children. I know another family friend got pregnant by surprise at age 42, she thought she can't as her tubes got blocked after surgery and drs told her no way she will get pregnant like ever. So I guess fertility, pregnancy and child birth just again one of those topics that we trying to figure out but at the end it's like it will be if it's meant to be. I see too many people in horrible conditions (drug abuse etc..) getting pregnant and having healthy babies, where one would think no way, and other are healthy and can't get pregnant.

    • @myoldvhstapes
      @myoldvhstapes Před 5 lety

      I have fibroids and adenomyosis. My ND, who is also a midwife, implied that the fibroids will massively shrink if I go hardcore taking the herbs she recommended (Myomin, DIM and also Vitalzym digestive enzymes.) My intestines can't handle them, so I only take a tiny fraction. What helped tremendously with my estrogen dominance was reducing caffeine by 85% and taking topical progesterone cream during the luteal phase. The doctor was against my use of the cream at first, but I was weeping at the drop of a hat and had breast pain. Both symptoms were quickly cured! My E:P ratio improved a lot after just a few months. A large fibroid that can be palpated from the outside has not grown in the year I've been keeping track.
      On the downside, I've tried getting pregnant for five cycles recently with no luck. I'm doing AI from the same VERY fertile sperm donor I used in January of '18, when I became pregnant instantly the first time I ever thought about it (had an early miscarriage.) It seems that I am LESS fertile now with my estrogen dominance is under control. Weird.

How can I give them the right information to make it happen?

I have been to doctors and there is nothing medically wrong with me and this really make life so hard for me and this made my husband to turn away from me. My sister in-law told me about DR,UGUEL from the Internet, who have helped people with this similar problem that i am going through so i contacted him and explained to him. He told me not to worry that everything will soon be okay. He cast a spell and it was a miracle to my greatest surprise three days later my husband came back to apologize for all he has done and told me he is fully ready to support me in any thing i want. DR,UGUEL gave me medication and he also gave my husband some things to rub before we made love, few months later i got pregnant and gave birth to twins baby (boy and girl) we are now a happy family. Listing these symptoms to my gp and my gyno , they never once suggested estrogen dominance. These symptoms didn’t start until after I finished adding to my family (thankfully). I’ve had a uterine ablation to control the heaviness because it was causing chronic anemia, but the lumpy breasts, long clotty periods, painful feeling in my abdomen during cycle persist.

      I have also been having these symptoms since I had our last child 2 years ago. I’ve been to 3 different doctors and they only want to do birth control

    Could you specify what you mean by long periods example 5 days of constant blood example I see blood mainly day 1-4 and then 5,6,7 might get some brown remnants not sure if those still count as period days?

    • @ebh8729
      @ebh8729 Před 5 lety

      The brown remnants may actually be a sign of low progesterone. I have low progesterone and I almost always get the end brown spotting. I thought it was just old blood until my Napro doctor said that is a big signal of low progesterone.

    What about a period that’s heavy for 3 days. Gone for 4 days and then comes back heavy again. Does estrogen dominance also cause chronic candida?

    was wondering if you could help me with my results. I have pcos and all of my tests are pretty normal other than low progesterone 0.135ng/ml . I have been trying for months and it seems I'm not ovulating or unable to identify ovulation day.i do track my cycle. Please help me. I'm slight overweight and doctors just say to reduce weight and send us away. I have been having light period regular for past 3 months. And have been prescribed a medicine for ovulation to try from 3rd day of my period. I just want to ask will it work if I'm having light period. I'm in my 20s. And trying for first baby.

    Is it possible to have a few of those symptoms, not all, and still have estrogen dominance? My luteal phase is much longer than my follicular phase, that’s the only difference in what you are saying… I’m confused! My body is confusing lol

  • @fairywhore

    So confused. So if high estrogen causes short phases and pcos causes iratic long phases, who can estrogen dominance turn into pcos?

  • @onetwothreefour2822
    @onetwothreefour2822 Před 4 lety

    but you're saying high estrogen causes early egg release but what about women who have estrogen dominance and never get an LH peak, no ovulation (based on low progesterone blood test). What would be the cause then?

    My estrogen is having a huge party. I've been bleeding off and on for 7 weeks. Had 3 weeks off before it started and bled for a month that time. After a month of bleeding my endometrium is 20 mm thick!! Had a biopsy on Monday. I go back in on Tuesday to find out.
