    Have no idea about its action quality, but that phsical vibration feature on 708 sounds cool. Piano sound generator is fantastic for sure.

    Roland's We Design The Future is always awesome. Thank you for sharing your beautiful piano playing to the ears, too.

    I like the new piano sounds and would like to hear them live. However, I am more interested in a portable version of this series, replacing the FP-90.

  • @likeworldlikeworld2485

    It's going in the right direction! I hope the next generation will have EVERYTHING good.
    I will keep my hp605 for now.
    I also feel the 700 series is not sweet enough.
    Maybe the next generation will have the real raving reviews. Not just bright and brilliant but very sweet too, and more control of touch, like a real ideal steinway.

      @@tudor33 Even LX-7, LX-17 would've been good upgrade if you play on speakers. New LX700 series is even more of an upgrade. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna get one of the new LX.

      @@PianoMichal I'm in the same boat as you! I just hope ( and it seems like that is the case ) that they fixed the muddy mid-range of the pianos. The new ones seem better, and the ambience modeling though, I always thought that 6xx series lack a proper reverb, which is very audible on recordings... wooden hall ambience or cathedral sound great! I really hope I'll get the LX 708 next year :) unless you have space for a decent grand piano ( 10k+ euro ), I think rolands beat any acoustic uprights in terms of sound if you want the full sound of a piano...

    are all 88 keys made of wood or just white?

    • @Thiago-px9ev
      @Thiago-px9ev Před 5 lety +2

      Ivan Fran Officia None of them are pure wood. The white keys are made of wood and plastic, and the black keys are full plastic. But dont think its a bad thing, I own a HP603 with the previous PHA-50 Roland action which is also available on Lx705 and its just a compact action without the long pivot found on LX706/708, and it feels incredible, very smooth and responsive keys. I just can imagine how great this new improvement feels... you should definitely give it a try.

    • @Thiago-px9ev
      @Thiago-px9ev Před 5 lety +1

      Ivan Fran Officia I respect your opinion. Just bought my Roland without trying it first, cause in my country its very difficult to find a digital piano showroom, and even worse to find a good- priced Kawai piano. I've always heard good things about Kawai, but made my choice based in an extensive search of reviews and price. Basically, I had only three options in 2016: Yamaha CLP 545(Not the best Yamaha action on the market) Roland HP 603(Best Roland key action available in that moment) or Kawai ES8(Pure plastic keys keys). The Roland had the best price and features in comparison with these other brands, thats why I bought the HP 603, and Im very satisfied with it. Anyway, in the end the best action depends of what feels better to you. You think Kawai got the best key action, some people likes Yamaha, yet another one may prefer Roland... thats just personal taste! They both are great in their own way.

      Ivan Fran Officia You should try the new Yamaha GrandTouch action available on CLP 675/685, or the Casio-Bechstein Celviano Grand Hybrid.
