John Aloisi is clueless. He had no idea how much one penalty kick could change the destiny of Australian Football / Sport and World Cups to come ! I'm glad he didn't think too much when he took his penalty ! Great stuff JA ! Socceroos to rule the world soon, hopefully 2018 we win the World Cup under Ange ! :-)
It only took 102 years to get a rectangular stadium , Britain, US , Italy , South America , Asia , the whole f*#*kn world has hundreds of them , it goes to show how far behind Australia is to everything .
Suncorp has existed for quite some time. As has Allianz, Newcastle and countless others. There's plenty of stadiums here already. The problem is that the most dominant code (AFL) has an unusual shaped field. Just imagine for a moment how great Australian stadiums could have been if all the funding used to make AFL stadiums was used for rectangle facilities. Just some perspective: Optus Stadium (Perth) - 1.8 billion Adelaide Oval (Adelaide; redev) - 450 million Docklands Stadium (Melbourne) - 747 million (adjusted for inflation) Melbourne Cricket Ground - 875 million (adjusted for inflation) And here we are sh*tting our pants over 300 mill in one of Australia's most advanced, populated cities. Go figure.
The C-value is the vertical distance from the spectator eye to where it intersects the sightline of the spectator directly behind, or in other words how steep the stands are.

A total waste of taxpayer money. Not enough infrastructure to cope with existing crowds. So you take away a perfectly good swimming pool for car parking. how about putting the funds onto better healtha nd aged care facilities instead of lining the pockets of xompanies and sporting clubs and the Parramatta leagues club who dont need it anyway. Better to develop the asssets we already have. You are ruining Australias heritage. As if Sydney doesn't have enough under utilises sporting venues already. Thumbs down to this!!
Priorities are wrong not just in australia ,but around the world. In ireland we have the province of munster population 1.2million with 4 stadiums of over 40 000 that are only full every 2 or 3years.One of them is being rebuilt with 30million of tax payers money at a time when we have a huge homeless crisis. In america its even dafter, they have a thing about paying taxes ,but have no difficulty when it comes to giving tax money to NFL and MLB to build stadiums who can well afford to build themselves. Its bread and circuses basically and we all fall for it.
This stadium would make an amazing away trip!!
Also will have a Hotel next door at Parra leagues, with the night life in the center of Parramatta city a phew blocks away.
this promo obviously a spellcheck-free zone

ricky5538 That will never happen, the only world cups Australia will win is if they have one of drinking grog.

Category C seating..

"Highest #HowGoodIsThis Value In Australia"
"Terreces?"
I don't know where the RBB are gonna sit in this stadium. Ever think of terraces when designing the stadiums?
Bay 49 and the upper decks...

computer rendered stadium great ripped off by government again show us the real stadium we dont wanna see rendering !!!
The real stadium is being built....
You do realise that you must first design a stadium before you build it right? This is the design rendering. Next step is to build it...
in real life its pretty much the same

Simon Cholerton uuu
The stadium no one asked for and is a blot on the landscape.
