Winning design unveiled for new Parramatta Stadium

On 8 December, NSW Premier Mike Baird and Minister for Sport Stuart Ayres announced Lendlease had won the contract to design and build the new Western Sydney Stadium. The Stadium boasts 30,000 seats in Australia’s steepest stand, ensuring fans will be closer to the action.

And how much is this costing?? Was it 2 billion dollars?? That's 2 THOUSAND MILLION DOLLARS!! The last I heard we in NSW were having hospital closures because of funding problems. Nurse AND doctor shortages because of funding problems. School closures because they are costing the government too much to keep them running. We have homeless walking around everywhere in the CBD, transportation related funding problem and so so much more ... I think something is completely arse about face here.

You obviously didnt do any research before u commented, this stadium is 300 million the 2 billion u are refering to is total cost IF they built this one, a new stadium in the city to replace the SFS and rebuilt the olympic stadium to, and those plans have been changed.

what a joke who ever put this video together has forgotting about the eels , every bit off video was mainly WSW , what a joke it will always be parra stadium .. to the goverment waste off money and a kick in the guts to the team that made that area great
