      I admit, I got caught up doing the lifts that everyone else was doing (without video). Drinking that kool-aid might’ve hindered me

    Great video. I am a big believer in training side pressure. I will give you an example why. My right elbow got hurt, I think it's my ulner nerve. My side pressure strength went down by 50%. I increased my back Pressure, cupping, pronation... but still can't do shit with a weak side pressure. Having trouble in center and in pinning.

    Dam that's a good idea how to use the bands, having to put them in the door frame with anchor really limits how you can use them 👌

      Just remember it’s more of a side pressure training method. So, there’s no back loading with beaching the angle. If you do, just know you’ll spend the duration of that movement being opened up. Hope that made sense

      @@jodychocolatethunderwillia8957 That's perfect honestly, I had only been using the door anchor with bands for side pressure anyway so resisting at the center table and then hitting to the side like your doing in the video is exactly what im looking to do 👍
