    🥰Another beautiful home... 💙💙💙 Love the backyard...
    The only thing I would change is the 1st floor bedroom door (it should be located as you enter that tiny hallway area) so the full bathroom would be included as an on-site😁!!!

    I'm a day later than usual as the voice of the Midwest (OH) newest fan of your channel.
    Nice home. Not a "Wow" for me, but you can see the quality in the build. As per my usual tastes, I'd switch out the light fixtures that are "organic" materials. Organics attract dust, (especially oily infused dust from cooking in an open concept space) and they are really difficult to clean unlike hard surface lighting. With that being a Southern home, someone had better be frying food and doing it often!
    The upstairs 2ndary beds were small to medium, but good for a young family. I do love the loft. I'd add a wet bar or snack station with clean up area at least to keep kiddie traffic down to a minimum between the loft and the kitchen (tracking food debris on their journey). The primary is nice too, but the wood ceiling is not my taste. It might be for the new owners' though. No yucking someone's yum here.
    The premium back yard and patio were super nice, but no privacy at all. Depending on the lot, I wonder if there would be any privacy at all consider the neighborhood configuration? I liked the options to work with the builder for design choice. (I remember the other Toll Bro House with the open area instead of the office.) I like the closed walls better because the other seemed confused about where one should eat for their dinner. The color scheme was nice too. Overall, the aesthetic is definitely "Farmhouse.
    The sound proofing was stellar. The construction sounds immediately shut off when you closed the doors. That's a big plus. Looking forward to more videos. Keep them coming!

      That's a really good point about cleaning the light fixtures with the material used. I hadn't thought of that. They look nice though, but I could see them being dust magnets. Between you and me, you could hear the outside construction... I use a feature called "voice isolation" in my editing software to get rid of the echo you hear inside, and it also gets rid of ambient construction noises as a byproduct as well. But shhh, don't tell anyone!

    $900k for Atlanta suburbs??...yeah we are in a bubble...

    • @TerenceRichardsonTours
      @TerenceRichardsonTours  Před měsícem

      Many suburbs around Atlanta have higher dollar homes, Marietta especially. This part of Marietta however is not usually known for homes this expensive, but they are selling, so the demand is there because the location is a decent commute for those working in Atlanta.

      @@TerenceRichardsonTours yeah that's true. Its just crazy to me that Atlanta used to be affordable and now you're seeing million dollar homes like its the new norm

      @@danmcclaren5436 I absolutely hear you. Home prices in the Atlanta area are up 50-60% since 2020. That stat, to me, is absolutely bonkers... With home prices and interest rates where they are, housing payments have doubled in that time. Atlanta used to be known for affordable homes. Compared to some other top markets, we're relatively cheaper, but we're not "cheap" anymore, you're absolutely right.
