Lovely home but the primary bedroom and closet space is to small for the money they are asking in this price range

The HOA are high because everything utility wise and amenity is usually included within that based by community.
Utilities are not included
I just realized, I don't like the waterfall island feature... đ
Yea, waterfall islands are not something I particularly care for
