Well said! I weighed the total pack at the trailhead and was shocked it was only 16.6 pounds. Still, it had everything I needed. I cannot get out often at this stage of my life, so the planning and preparation is a big part of the fun.
Yea, the pillow was a change for me. I've tried clothing bundles and blow up pillow, but nothing has worked. I tried something a little more substantial this time around and it was 'ok'.

Nice loadout....i just got the Zpacks Nero 38L....it comes in at 10.2oz. Most comfy pack I have ever worn.
