Adam, I have been following you since American Idol when your song interpretations told me you were a creative genius on a much higher level-- different and wonderfully superior. I thought I would enjoy seeing you perform for a long time but you seemed to change and it didn't happen. I would be thrilled to see that Adam again, absent the costume frills, just you so great.

Honestly eating less times a day, is the biggest game changer lol. Better than strict dieting and working out. Our grandparents and those before didn’t eat 3-5 times a day. Our bodies aren’t designed for that. Try 24hr fasting. You’re welcome.
I am on it because I am a Diabetic. It has literally saved my life. People should get their heads out of their asses and realize that using it now before your sugar crosses that line to being diabetic was extremely smart of you. Mind your own business.

Adam, you look so much healthier! Diabetes is not a disease that you want to have - it affects your entire body in really bad ways. Not interested in sexiness since it is a fleeting situation - personality and health are so much more meaningful and long lasting.

@@pootl You are entitled to express your opinion, but there was no need to be so nasty. You have absolutely no knowledge on his diet or exercise regime, either before or after taking this medication. You also are not privy to his medical history, discussions with health professional's re this medication or why the decision was made to use this medication.
For some people, no losing weight is not as simple as "all you have to do is eat healthy and exercise" there are medical conditions and medications for example that cause weight gain.
The FDA approved Mounjaro for use for weight loss in November 2023, how about directing your anger to the companies who have obviously failed to increase production enough to keep up with demand now that it has been approved for use in weight loss. Being obese/overweight can also have serious health implications, even death - do these people not also deserve to have access to a drug that has the potential to greatly help with their health?
It's not for us to say about doctor prescribed medication. (He was on other medications that are known to interfere with weight for conditions that are also known to affect weight and he said his sugar levels were bad but again nothing to do with us what his doctors deemed appropriate for him)
