I take blackstrap molasses for anemia. I will be 70 in a few months and I have no gray or white at all. I knew this woman who was 95 percent gray. after 1 year of daily blackstrap molasses she is 90 percent back brown.

Celena Lynn Thanks, Celena. It won’t work for everyone - just those who are depleted in iron and trace amounts of copper and selenium, but if this is you, it’s a great cheap trick. Not to mention the fact that it increases the circulating iron levels in your blood at the same time too. You can grow a new orchid once the flower becomes spent. Cut the stem from the side of the orchid with 1" pieces with the joint in the center of each one. You can use a one in tray with small pebbles to hold water but not to let it touch the plant. Cover with seran wrap and wait

If you want to make it more powerful mix the molasses with some ground black sesame seeds and a vitamin C source like Camu Camu.

I like the taste! It tastes just like soft brown sugar! I'm 53 and have really terrible practically white hair over most of my head! I'd love to start a video journey. I've just bought the same brand 'Meridian' Blackstrap molasses and I'll take a tablespoon a day and I am prepared to keep at it for up to a year! Hi Leslie, if you are in a state of chronic stress with no ways of minimizing or removing the stress, then what? Is one doomed or can one still pin hope on BM? If the grey is coming from the side of the head (temples majority full) with new hair turning white daily, then what? D and C deficiency has already been diagnosed. Supplements are taken daily. I look forward to hearing from you.
Hi, regarding the lady taking the molasses; would you mind to please ask her how she took it? As in, just like that - straight from the spoon? Also, what time of day did she have it etc? I’ve tried taking it before, but it’s hard to say whether it had an effect as I would take it religiously for some days, but then forget on other days, and moreover I didn’t properly document if there were changes.

@Bizzare77777 As far as I know, 2 tablespoons a day (not teaspoons) are needed for one year, but however depends on your weight and possibly gender and age.

Hey Leslie, been following you for a while now and am currently working to combat my premature greying, so far im supplementing wheatgrass, vitamin B3 (niacin), vitamin B8, blackstrap mollases, NAC and taurine and still early stages so no results yet. My question for you is which kind of test do you recommend going for in order to pinpoint the cause of my greying? sorry if you have already previously covered this and thank you for all the brilliant content you have been putting out!

Thank you soo much maam. I have been taking Black strap molasses its been 2 months for now. I was really tensed at the age of 26 how could this happen but now it completely stoped and em noticing a huge change in Color. I am taking 2 tblspoon about 20 grms each one in morning and one in night. I would suggest you to take after meal and yes also please stick to a healthy diet avod food which causes pitta dosha like oily and too much of spicy food and alsoo add yoghurt it helps body to reduce heat

I love Blackstrap Molasses as a substitute for a sweetener for my coffee, I'm taking these supplements also, Organic HeShouWu, D3, B12, Biotin, Glutathione plus I'm Vegan. I've been taking the Biotin for about a year and a half and one thing I noticed my hair and nails grow like crazy, I'm cutting my nails once a week. I have a grey beard and I have had hair fall but I'm not seeing any new hair growth but hair fall has stopped. I swear I'm wasn't this grey 3 or 4 years ago so it must be down to the stress I'm under or the lack of nutrients from going vegan, I'm still tweaking my diet to include everyday key nutrients so its a working progress and I feel amazing for it. I took BM years ago and started seeing results and I stopped. Now I have a lot more grey hairs and I’ve been taking it for about 4 months 1 tablespoons a day and no change and I continue to take it regardless I’m getting more new gray hairs everyday.
